The hotel did not like for many reasons, in fact, there are much more cons than pros. I'll start with the negatives, the main one being the attitude towards Russians, it is extremely negative, especially when it comes to the reception. We arrived at night around 5 am and we were placed in an uncleaned room that was about 5 square meters in size, on the first floor of the villa, with a balcony facing the road. This room is small even for one person, let alone for two (I was traveling with a friend), it was terrible. We went back to the reception, and they told us to come in the morning. At 9 am, we were back at the reception, and they told us that there were no rooms... even though we saw Europeans being checked in. Well, apparently, it was fine for them. The hotel guide from Biblio Globus, Kinyut, was just a jerk, he openly mocked us, and in response to my request for help in negotiations with the reception, he immediately said, "Why should I help you? You won't buy any excursions anyway..." But we are very grateful to Polina (guest relations manager), she was the only one who tried to help us, and we thank her for that! The lady working at the reception would occasionally roll her eyes and pretend not to understand anything, 2 dollars didn't help the situation. In short, after spending 4 hours at the reception and periodically reminding them of our presence, they finally gave us a somewhat decent room, a villa on the third floor with a big balcony. The furniture in the rooms was very worn out, there was no soap or shampoo in the room, only gel in a dispenser. The second room seemed cleaned, but there were clumps of dust in the corners. The cleaning service was awful, they didn't even respond to tips, the floor was not swept or mopped properly. The beach was okay, there was enough space, but it was located right next to a cemetery. The water in the sea was a bit dirty and had layers (due to a nearby mountain river), with a layer of warm water and a layer of cold water, very unpleasant sensation. The beach was far from the hotel, and they transported you there by bus. The buses were old, smelly, and packed with people like sardines in a can. The food was also disappointing, there seemed to be plenty of it, but there was nothing to choose from. The fish, meat, and chicken were all stewed, nothing was cooked on the grill, and it was the same every day. We went to the à la carte restaurants twice, the seafood and the meat one. They were better, but we had to wait a long time for the dishes to be served. The ice cream there was very good though, delicious. The staff, in general, was friendly, except for the reception. I have been to Turkey 8 times before, this was the 9th time, and I have never been so unsatisfied. In fact, this is not even the best triple-room I have stayed in. I almost forgot, they make delicious lattes in the lobby using a coffee machine :) I will definitely not come back here and will not recommend it to anyone.

Hotel Go..., an old hotel. My advice is not to come here unless you want to waste your money. The hotel staff doesn't understand you at all when it's not convenient for them. When asked to improve the conditions, they react inappropriately. The saddest part is that the hotel management said that if you don't like it, we'll kick you out of the hotel, that's the highest authority. (like sit down and shut up...) There is no soap, no shampoo, no toothpaste, no bathrobe, no slippers. The food is the same every day, the entertainment is repetitive, and getting to the beach is like sardines in a can on a schedule. The beach is next to a cemetery, and the sea has leaves from a mountain river and is sometimes cold. In general, the hotel is only for German workers, and everything is tailored to them, while Russians are treated as if it's good enough for them, and they are accommodated in the farthest block from the lively area with a view of another residential building. The staff's only answer is "MIN AGNAMYM" (I don't understand) and that's it, don't ask for anything. IT'S NOT WORTH COMING HERE.

I want to leave a review about the hotel "Club Paradiso". It is a European hotel, but there are also Russians here. We have stayed here for the fifth time this summer. The hotel has a nice green territory. There is a place to walk, sit and enjoy the vegetation. The transfer goes to the sea, but it is not far to walk. The beach is convenient, always clean and well-maintained. The food at the hotel is diverse. There is a lot of meat prepared in different ways. There is also a diet table. Fruits are always available. The drinks are decent. The bartenders in the lobby and at the main pool make delicious cocktails. The entertainment team is great, they entertain people all day long, both at the hotel and on the beach, coming up with various things to make it fun and interesting. And in the evenings, there are different shows every day in the amphitheater. There is also a kids disco held every day. There is a kids club for children. There are several water slides near the main pool where you can get an adrenaline rush. The hotel staff is very friendly. Everyone is always smiling. The rooms are excellent, cleaned every day. This hotel welcomes guests like friends. At least, that's the attitude we experience here. We always feel very comfortable here. And also, it is important to mention that the hotel has a guest relations manager - Polina. She is a wonderful, kind and responsive girl. She will answer any guest's question. Professionally solve any problems that tourists may have. You can easily sit down and talk to her about anything. Overall, the hotel makes a very pleasant impression. We will gladly come back there again because it is an AMAZING HOTEL!!!

We were a family of four on vacation. I'll start by saying that the road from the airport took almost four hours. We arrived very late and while we were processing our documents, we decided to go to a night cafe near the main pool to have a snack. It was something else! Sour salad, some overcooked meat patties. The taste of the patties was simply disgusting, so we decided not to eat anything to avoid getting sick. Instead, we just decided to have a drink. However, when our child asked the bartender for a Coke, he poured half a glass of cola and diluted it with plain water! It was awful, so we turned around and went to the reception where everything was ready for our check-in. The person at the reception put on bracelets for us, gave us the room keys, and told us to go right, left, take the elevator, etc. Basically, we had to find our own room, which was a first for us during all our trips to Turkey. After half an hour of wandering around the area, we finally found our room. The room itself was nothing extraordinary - a bed, a sofa, and two chairs. In the fridge, there was nothing but two small bottles of water and a kettle. There was tea, but no coffee. We took a shower and went to sleep. In the morning, we had breakfast. For a five-star hotel, the breakfast was not great. I have had better breakfasts in cheaper hotels. Apart from omelettes or fried eggs with vegetables, there wasn't much to choose from. Lunch was a little better, but throughout our stay, the food was more like homemade cooking. We didn't see any signature dishes during our week there. Dinner was somewhat okay, but it still didn't live up to the five-star standard. At most, it was a four-star experience. The desserts were more or less the same every day, and the fish was not very tasty. The meat dishes also did not impress. We liked the "green" soup, but unfortunately, it was only served once during our stay. As for the entertainment, I don't know who writes about the "WOW" factor, but we didn't notice anything like that. It was the same thing every day. The hotel clearly cuts corners and does not invite animators. The role of animators is taken on by local entertainers. I would rate the entertainment as 2 out of 5 since we have something to compare it to. Regarding the beach, it's a mixed opinion. The pier plays a big role, which is a plus. Without it, the beach would not be so good. The water is not always warm in the sea due to the nearby mountain river, which is definitely a minus. The beach bar is nice, but there are always long queues, except for the wine, which was of decent quality, the rest was not great. The burgers were particularly disappointing. Another thing we didn't like at the beach was the cemetery. I don't think anyone would like having a bar on the beach right next to a cemetery. As for the à la carte restaurants, it's a complete joke. No matter how hard we tried to make a reservation, we never succeeded. It's a complete disaster! To summarize, this hotel definitely has more negatives than positives. I don't know why this hotel has such a high rating. We have heard many times that the animators ask guests to leave a good rating for this hotel, so maybe that's why the rating is high. We will give this hotel an honest rating of 2.7 out of 5, which is a deserved and realistic evaluation of this hotel. We have something to compare it to as we have been vacationing in Turkey for over a year. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel. It is not worth the money spent.

It turned out that our vacation was completely unplanned because the prices in Turkey had noticeably increased. But on May 1st, I found a wonderful tour for our family, and our dream came true - we went to Turkey for the first time, to the Club Paradiso hotel. We arrived in the afternoon, around 1 pm, and at 2 pm we went to the hotel. It took us about 3 hours on a group transfer, with stops at 7 hotels. We were the last ones. Naturally, we were very tired, so we couldn't go to the sea upon arrival, and the slides were closed. We were quickly accommodated in a room in building E, with a huge balcony and a direct view of the sea. Everything in the hotel was great, everything was conveniently located. The food was good, we had everything we needed. On May 7th, there weren't many people, but the number of guests noticeably increased afterwards. However, there were always enough spots in the restaurant, even on the open veranda with a magnificent view of Alanya and the sea. Having breakfast and dinner with such a view was simply out of this world! We spent quite a lot of time at the hotel this time because the kids love the slides. Lifeguards are on duty near the slides, everything is safe and fun. The sea is not close by, so we went there by bus, which didn't bother us at all. The bus runs on schedule. We always had lunch on the beach, everything was delicious, and we had everything we needed. There is a wonderful and smiley woman working on the beach who speaks Russian, German, and others. Overall, the entire staff is great, from the reception to the waiters, and so on. Thank you all so much! Our vacation was a success! I definitely recommend the hotel! And most importantly, don't look for negatives, go with a good mood and enjoy your vacation! When I was buying the tour, I was looking for fresh reviews. I hope my review will be helpful.

After reading all the reviews about this hotel on all websites, I was expecting more. The hotel is strictly a 4-star, maybe even 4-. Let me explain why and try to write a detailed review for those who will go after me. It takes about 2.5 hours to get from the airport to the hotel, if you don't have a fully packed bus with other vacationers, but only 3-4 people from other hotels (if you're lucky). The hotel is located on a hill, and the beach is at least 8 meters away from the hotel. You have to walk along a small dusty street, surrounded by the construction of low-rise residential complexes. The pathway is dusty and the sidewalk is very small, with almost no shade. It's difficult to walk to the beach in the heat, whether you are young, thin, old or fat. I wouldn't recommend going back to the hotel in the scorching heat. It's not a first-line hotel, it's a second-line or even almost third-line. To get to the beach, you have to walk a short distance along the road and through an underground passage, which resembles scenes from the movie "Irreversible", with a complete lack of normal ramps for strollers, handrails, and other conveniences of civilization. In the evening, you don't feel comfortable there, to say the least. It gets completely dark around 2-3 AM, and the sunset starts around 7-8 PM. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach, and we preferred to use it. However, during the peak season, it can get crowded and the air conditioning doesn't work that well, but it's better than walking in the scorching heat. We were given a room in the villas right next to the reception and lobby, which is convenient for those who like peace and quiet and it's not far from the bus to the beach, the lobby bar, and it feels separate from the noisy crowd. The only thing is that the lower the room number, the smaller the balcony. We had a balcony on the 3rd floor (the highest) and it was very large, with a beautiful view of the sea in the distance and not noisy. The room was clean and cleaned every day, but the shower cabin leaked a little. The air conditioner worked efficiently, so well that it even blew me and my friend away. The bedding and towels were changed regularly, and I have no complaints about that. If you want water in the room for free, ask the housekeeper or tell the reception. Water on the hotel grounds is NOT available for free. Only in the room on request, or there is a fridge in the gym with a lot of 0.33L bottles to take with you. In all other places, such as bars, etc., water is only available from the water cooler in cups. The territory is large, but not very exciting to walk around. Yes, there are stairs and green plantings everywhere, but you won't have much of a promenade around the hotel. It's only by the end of the second day that you will figure out what and where you can go. I attached the scheme in a photo, they don't give it to anyone, supposedly they don't have enough printouts at the hotel (which is strange for a 5-star hotel). There are two pools - one is supposed to be relaxing (but it's not really), and the other one is common. I went to the pool twice, and that was enough for me. Firstly, there were TOO many people. The sun loungers are reserved from 6 AM! Everyone is crammed in like sardines, and the pool is small for such a hotel. Kids - drunk parents - animators, everything is mixed up like in the Oblonsky household. In general, going to the sea and staying by the It is better to exchange currency in a big city at an exchange office. During my stay, 1 euro was equivalent to 28.5 Turkish lira and 1 dollar was equivalent to 25.5 Turkish lira. Almost all shops in Alanya only accept lira. However, places like Koton, U.S. Polo, LC Waikiki, and others accept various currencies, although it may not be very advantageous. Uber does not operate in the area, as there is always a message stating "no cars available." We used local taxi drivers who operate using the meter. The cost of a taxi ride from the center of Alanya to the hotel was approximately 25-27 lira (1 lira is equal to 4 rubles). There is a bar on the beach, but it lacks enthusiasm and there is no music. The beach is clean and well-maintained. The bar offers lunch during lunch hours, but it is usually crowded and there are rarely free tables. The beach bar also serves wine, lemonade, beer, and juices. Snacks are only available during lunch hours, and ice cream on the beach is not included. There are people offering activities like parasailing and jet skiing on the beach, and they seem reasonable and speak English, with some also knowing Russian. People actively participate in these activities. There is no visible animation, although it may be limited to the pool area. There is hardly any animation on the beach, except for two boys who constantly invite people to play darts. Almost no one plays beach volleyball. The beach is sandy with pebbles in certain areas. It is better to go into the sea from the pier or closer to the buoys on the right side. The ocean has different layers of temperature, sometimes chilly and sometimes warm. It can be slightly dirty near the shore due to leaves and other debris, especially after a storm during the night. Swimmers are not allowed in big waves, and lifeguards are attentive to such situations. There are plenty of beach loungers, and there are not many people on the beach as most guests prefer to stay by the pool. The main guests of the hotel are families with children. There are few young people, and there are no youth-oriented activities like discos or modern music. Everything is geared towards children and their tired parents. Quiet hours begin at 11 pm in the hotel. Overall, it may be a bit boring for young people who might spend their time reading books or going to the gym. Weighing luggage in the hotel costs 1 euro. Billiards and tennis are also charged. The replacement of beach towels is charged. There is no menu in the room. You may have to remind the staff about issues or requests multiple times. So be prepared to insist. I did not use the à la carte restaurant, so I cannot comment on it. Since the hotel caters to Europeans, management tries to save on almost everything, such as not providing toothbrushes or cotton pads in the room. Only toilet paper, soap, and one shower cap are provided (for some reason). Overall, the hotel is not the worst, but I would not choose it again. For me, this vacation was not very comfortable. I am not a very picky person, but this hotel did not appeal to me.

We stayed at this hotel in August 223 B.C. The overall impression of the vacation was negative. It was our first time in Turkey and the experience was not the best, so we definitely have no desire to return. Maybe we should have paid extra for better conditions and a better room. The staff at the reception desk was not very helpful or accommodating towards guests. There was a particular attitude towards Russian tourists regardless of the country they live in. The guys at the reception were from Germany, but the fact that they spoke Russian was seen as a negative. Whenever we approached them, they would either ignore us or tell us we were wasting their time. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as shampoo and slippers. The tour operator recommended this hotel, claiming that the rooms and food were much better compared to other beachfront hotels. However, even the rooms were not cleaned before check-in, and the pillowcases were dirty. For four guests, we were only provided with two towels. The food options were limited, and out of the seven days, only one day had a decent menu. We made a reservation for trout at the à la carte restaurant, but they served us perch instead. Overall, the food at the regular restaurant was better. There was a feeling that they took the better food home and served cheaper options to guests (they wouldn't understand anyway). The dishes on the territory were dirty and remained unwashed for several days. As for the beach, it was not suitable for small children as the entrance was steep and deep. What surprised us the most was that the beach was located right next to a cemetery. We did not expect such a combination from the Turkish, who are known to be religious. Having alcohol and half-naked tourists near a cemetery was unexpected. The entertainment at the hotel was good, and the territory was large and green. The staff throughout the territory were responsive, except for the reception.

The road from the airport is long, but in principle, all hotels are not closer than this one, and I don't consider it a downside. If the airport is located like this, there's nothing to be done about it. We were quickly checked in, the room was excellent and comfortable. I changed and immediately went swimming in the sea. The bus runs without any problems, every hour, but there are more flights during the season. The entrance to the sea from the pier is nice, there is a place on the shore where you can go in, but you have to start swimming almost immediately. The water is clean and transparent. The beach is also clean, the bar is nice. The food in the main restaurant is diverse, different and fresh every day. The drinks in the bars are always chilled, to everyone's taste. For children and adults. There is animation at the pool every day, different contests, there is always something to do. In the evening, we enjoyed the shows in the amphitheater. There is no time to get bored, everything is well thought out. The weather let us down a little, but it was not our fault. All the negative reviews are just nitpicking. Go and enjoy your vacation. The hotel is good!

It has been almost 4 months since our trip, but the impressions are still fresh as if we just returned. But let's start from the beginning. It took us about 3 hours to get to the hotel from the airport. We were instantly checked into a double room that we really liked. And we immediately immersed ourselves in the festive atmosphere as there was an Oktoberfest celebration on the day of our arrival. It was amazing. The following days were just as great. The animators were fantastic, so we never got bored. The food was also excellent, with options available 24/7. The hotel grounds were magnificent, and the beach was easily accessible. The weather was summery and comfortable. We visited Cleopatra Beach and the old fortress on our own. Time flew by so quickly. We found that 11 days were not enough. We will definitely return to this hotel with great pleasure at the first opportunity. Thanks to the entire hotel staff for providing such wonderful conditions for our vacation.

I have been on vacation with my wife in Turkey several times, and I have been to many hotels with different concepts, so I can confidently say that this hotel is truly 5-star. We arrived in Antalya at 9 PM, and it took us three hours to get to the hotel. We were immediately checked in and assigned a room on the ground floor in block 181. We dropped off our bags in the room and went to have a snack at the poolside bar (by the way, it operates from 9 PM to 7 AM). The bar offers alcohol, beer, juices, tea, and coffee. As for the food, it includes french fries, grilled chicken, soup (all heated), vegetables, fruits, salads, and olives. If you arrive at night, you won't go hungry. Thanks to the night bartender Halis, he works at this bar every night. A pleasant young man. Breakfasts: They serve a standard Turkish breakfast with a variety of cheeses (we counted 13 types), omelets, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, olives, honeycomb, yogurts, milk, and various cereals that can't be listed all. The hotel provides a bus shuttle to the beach (there are 2 buses depending on the number of people) strictly according to the schedule. The journey takes 5 minutes. The beach is clean and well-maintained, and there were always enough sunbeds. There is a large pier with sunbeds as well. The entrance to the sea is smooth, and the beach is pebbly-sandy. The beach bar offers wine and beer. If you didn't want to go back to the hotel for lunch, you could have a meal at the beach bar. They served vegetables, fruits, potatoes, shish kebabs, burgers, and gözleme. Lunch is very diverse and tasty, always with plenty of meat (lamb, turkey, chicken, beef), at least two types of fish, and you can't try everything. Dinner is a separate topic. Besides the fact that every evening had a theme (Mexican, Italian, Turkish, French), there was also a separate children's table, a vegan table, a diet table, and a Turkish table. There was an abundance of food, everything was very tasty, and it was simply impossible to try everything. So when I read reviews and see people saying there was nothing to eat, it's just funny. The entertainment was cool and unobtrusive. Every day, except for Mondays, guest artists performed in the amphitheater. The animators didn't let us get bored, neither at the beach nor at the pool. There was also a kids' club. The hotel grounds are very large, clean, and well-maintained, with lots of greenery. There are many cafes where you can always have a snack. They offer Viennese waffles, French fries, pizza, sweets with tea, and gözleme. By the way, the main restaurant had Turkish coffee (not everyone knows about it). There are many bars with alcohol, and they make delicious cocktails. Special thanks to the bartender Mevlut. The room was cleaned every day, and the bed linen and towels were changed every day as well. They replenished water in the bar, tea, coffee, and toiletries constantly. Don't believe the reviews that say they do it once every 1 day. We also read reviews saying there was no ayran. There was ayran at the bar where they made French fries. Would we come back here? Definitely, yes!!!!! P.S.: We have already booked our tour and will come with friends in May. See you, Club Paradiso.

First time we decided to change and fly to Turkey in October instead of our usual September. We flew with Belavia from Minsk (5.5 hours) + 3 hours to the hotel, and they also dropped off 7 more hotels. Ours was the last on the route. We were prepared for a long journey, as this was already our third time in Alanya. Hotel: - Beautiful territory for those who like to walk a lot, but beware of the large number of stairs and steep inclines, especially for those traveling with children and if you get accommodated in the distant buildings A, B, C. - Standard rooms on the ground floor are not the most comfortable accommodations; the rooms looked tired (we had a standard room), they cleaned quite well, changed towels, but did not change the bedding once in 14 days. Shower gel, shampoo, and soap were constantly restocked. - The food was good, despite the end of the season, and the alcohol was good too (wine - pomegranate, cherry, blackberry, grape, rose, white, tequila, whiskey, beer). They brewed Turkish coffee in the lobby and made cocktails. - There is a shuttle to the beach according to a schedule, which was not inconvenient at all. Sometimes we walked, about 8 meters for sure. We liked the beach, nice entry into the sea, although it had pebbles. The pier was very convenient when there were waves. In October, the sea is much calmer than in September. For heat lovers like me, September is still a more comfortable month for Turkey. In October, the sea was 24-25 degrees, a bit chilly to get in, but comfortable for swimming. During the day it was 28-32 degrees, and at night it dropped to 23 and even 15 degrees, especially after rain. We experienced two rainy days, the rain was mostly at night, but it was cloudy until noon, take note if you're going for a week. In the hotel, there were mainly Europeans (7%) and Russian-speaking guests. The hotel positions itself as UAL, which I would say is more like ultra all-inclusive (((. Wi-Fi is paid (at the beach, connect to the free Wi-Fi of the neighboring hotel, it has a good connection), the cost of internet was different for different people, honestly, I still don't understand the price). The free Wi-Fi in the lobby works poorly. Safe is paid (2 euros per day), changing beach towels is paid (1 euro per towel), and if you lose a towel, there is a fine of 1 euro. They didn't even escort us to our room when we arrived, just gave us a card and said to find it ourselves (This was the first time ever, and it's 5*(((( Considering these nuances, I would recommend the hotel for a vacation. If it is considered a 5-star, then it's more like a budget five-star. But the beautiful view, nice beach, and the animation team make up for it. Special thanks to the animation team)))

The journey to the hotel, which included stops at 4 other hotels and a shop, took approximately 2.5 hours. We arrived at the hotel at 13:30 and were informed at reception that our room was not yet ready and that we should return after 14:00. They directed us to have lunch while we waited. We were eventually checked in at around 14:15. We had booked a Superior room, which is where we were accommodated. It was located in building E on the 5th floor. The room was spacious, with two rooms. In one room, there were two sofas, one of which was a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a large table with a tea set and a refrigerator, a television, and an air conditioner. The second room had a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Additionally, the room had a fantastic balcony that could be considered more of a terrace. It was much larger than balconies in other rooms, as our room was on the top floor. The balcony had a small plastic table and chairs, a clothes and towel rack for drying, and a great view. We were fortunate with the location of the building as well, as it was situated in the center of the hotel grounds and not far from the main building with the restaurant and the pool. The only minor downside was that it was near the amphitheater and the area where evening entertainment took place, so it could be noisy in the evenings (although it did not bother us). The food was delicious and quite varied. There was always a selection of meats, fish, various side dishes, two types of soup for lunch and dinner, a variety of salads and dressings, and a plethora of sweets (biscuits, Turkish desserts, jellies, and puddings). For breakfast, there were pastries, pancakes, eggs, porridge, cereals, around 15 types of cheese, and sausages. Outside, the chefs prepared omelets and fried eggs, and there were also very tasty flatbreads available (which could be drizzled with honey, snow, chocolate, or dusted with powdered sugar). There was a good selection of beverages. Non-alcoholic options included juices, tea, coffee, and soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes), as well as various cocktails (the Mojito was particularly delicious). Alcoholic options included beer, wine, cocktails, and more. The entertainment was quite good. In the mornings, there were activities like stretching, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and darts on the beach. During the day, by the pool, there were activities such as darts, aqua aerobics, water polo, and belly dancing. In the amphitheater, there were evening shows (including a performance by a Mongolian circus, competitions, and bingo), followed by either karaoke or a disco. I would like to mention the hotel's song, which is played during the TV advertisement and at the end of the evening entertainment. It was great and we really enjoyed it. There was a large bus that transported guests to the beach (approximately 5 minutes away, as the beach is separated from the hotels by a road, so the bus had to make a loop), which was very convenient. The bus ran every half hour, making it easy and hassle-free. The beach itself was nice, with plenty of lounge chairs available. The water entry was sandy with very fine pebbles, and then it turned into clean sand. The only thing to note is that due to the river at the junction of Kestel and Tosmura, there were significant temperature fluctuations in the water – warm waves followed by cold waves. This usually happened only in the first half of the day (strangely, always around 11 am). There was also a beach bar where you could get drinks, and during lunchtime, you could grab a snack there if you didn't want to return to the hotel. Near the hotel, there were shops along the road and the village of Tosmura with residential buildings, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and more, so there were plenty of options for outings. We had a wonderful time, and despite always going to different hotels for vacations, we would love to return to Club Paradiso. So, we can confidently recommend it to others!

We had a vacation in October as a couple and purchased the tour through early booking. The flight was without any delays, with Pegas Fly airline. The transfer was in a group, and we arrived quite quickly, in two hours and thirty-five minutes, stopping at four other hotels along the way. Check-in. Upon arrival at the hotel, we even managed to have a late breakfast, around 11 o'clock. We booked a standard room, but we weren't satisfied with the two rooms initially offered to us. As a small gesture of appreciation, we were given a luxurious room with a separate bedroom, spacious living room, an 8-square-meter balcony with a sea view, as well as a pool, water slides, and an amphitheater. On the other side of the window, there was an alley with olive, lemon, pomegranate trees, and pine trees. There was also a side view from the window. The windows faced three sides. Food. It was decent, but based on reviews and video reviews from previous years, there used to be a much wider selection. There were themed dinners in the style of Turkish, Mexican, and Italian cuisine. Meat options included beef, chicken, and turkey every day. Lamb was served about 3-4 times over the course of ten days. Red fish and seafood were served three times. There was a wide variety of fruits and delicious desserts. Beverages. Coffee from the machine, with 7-8 varieties, Turkish coffee, Fanta, cola, Sprite. Both loose tea and packaged tea were available. However, for some reason, ayran was not available at this hotel. Alcohol. All alcohol products were locally produced, including rakı, vodka, whiskey, brandy, gin, rum, tequila, Baileys, and champagne. In my opinion, they were of decent quality. There were 7-8 types of wine. Beach. There were two buses available to the beach according to the schedule. It took about 7 minutes to get there. It was also possible to walk there, which would take around 18 minutes at an average pace. The sea was clean, with a shallow pebble entrance. It was more convenient to enter from the pier using the stairs. The pier was long and wide, and there were always plenty of available sun loungers. There was a beach bar where you could have a snack and drink beer and wine. By the way, Efes beer was of very good quality. Entertainment. It deserves respect. Three people of African origin were working there and could speak a bit of Russian! They worked from 1 am until late at night! Every evening, there were various shows and programs in the amphitheater. Territory. It was large and beautiful, with magnificent views. There were countless stairs between the different levels. In general, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. However, next time we will choose a different hotel as we want to explore a new place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Club Paradiso Hotel! We have previously stayed at different places in Turkey and in hotels no less than 5*. But nowhere else have we experienced such attentive service as here. They instantly address any questions or issues we had. When we had a question about the air conditioning, it was resolved within 15 minutes. If something got broken or spilled, it didn't take a minute for everything to be cleaned up and for order to be restored. The dining area had a very friendly atmosphere, with quick tablecloth changes and fresh table settings, and we could immediately sit down and eat. The beach was always clean, and the staff members were very hardworking. Every half hour, an employee would come by to tidy up, collect trash, and set up the lounge chairs, even in such heat and throughout the whole day! I have never seen such order and cleanliness in any other hotel. The food selection was great, with options for both fish and meat dishes, sides, vegetarian options, soups, desserts, and fruits. The evening entertainment was interesting, although it was a shame that the program was only designed for 4 days and repeated after that. The staff and other guests were all very polite and friendly, making for pleasant interactions with everyone. The grounds were green and well-maintained, with lots of flowers and fruit trees. The hotel itself is situated in the mountains, so it has various levels - some areas require climbing stairs or inclines, while others don't. I had read about this beforehand. I am very satisfied with this location because it promotes movement, exercise, improved health, muscle and joint strength, maintaining a good figure, and keeping oneself in shape. We really liked our room, which was in a villa. It was peaceful, with the sounds of cicadas and birds and plenty of greenery. We are very happy with our vacation. We wish Club Paradiso Hotel continued prosperity, new positive guests, the ability to maintain the same high level of service, further development, and good health, prosperity, and well-being for all staff members!

I am Julia Sergeeva Lvovna, the head of the Magellan Travel 2.7.222 family travel agency. I booked a package tour to the CLUB PARAISO 5* hotel with the tour operator Ane Tour for tourists with two small children, twins, paying almost half a million rubles for 11 nights. Upon arrival, they were told at the reception that there were no available rooms in the hotel. The Ane Tour website lists the phone numbers 887755 and 849965444, but there is no way to reach them (I am ready to provide a call log with waiting times of more than 3 minutes). Instead of the paid Superior Room, the tourists were accommodated in a Singl room with 1 bed for 4 guests. Moreover, they were given the room closer to midnight on the first day of check-in. The hotel guide said that they would not give them anything and be happy to be accommodated in a Singl room. Our agency, Magellan Travel, bombarded the Ane Tour operator with letters through the FOS system for two days, urging them to properly accommodate the tourists according to the paid room category. But it seems that the FOS system was intentionally implemented to prevent travel agencies from achieving proper accommodation for their tourists. In the end, after two days of correspondence, I received a response from the tourists today: "Julia, we are very tired. We were forced to sign that we have no claims and were placed in a room with only one sofa for two children. As compensation, they offered free internet and a safe. Dear tourists, if you are considering staying at this hotel and purchasing a tour from the Ane Tour operator, please read my review carefully and do not take the risk! The hotel is not suitable for tourists, and the tour operator is doing everything to distance themselves. There are other more reliable tour operators. If you are ready for hellish conditions in hotels and are willing to spend a long time on the phone with the Ane Tour operator, then this is for you! But if you are ready to spend your vacation comfortably, simply do not consider Ane Tour as a reliable option and choose a more reliable tour operator with a higher-quality hotel."

Recommendation to those who are going - don't rush to give the hotel a review right away, give it a chance. The picture will come together in a day or two. My first impression after the overnight flight - the sea is far away, the road to the sea is terrible. ROOM - we had a superior room. Spacious two-roomed room, lodge, balcony. The only inconvenience was that the air conditioner was in the common room where the children slept - it was hot in our bedroom. We got used to it and set a timer for the night. Cleaning was without complaints. Towels were changed every three days on average, and if they were left on the floor, the bed linen was changed twice in one day. Building F, close to the lobby and all facilities. Noisy until midnight - loud music from the neighboring hotel on one side and our animation not as loud on the other. SEA - a bus takes you to the sea every half hour from 9 am until lunchtime, and then every hour until 6 pm. It's faster to walk to the sea because going uphill on the way back. We often walked, especially to the sea - the bus goes in a circle (one way). It's faster on the way back. The sea has waves constantly. A couple of times from 8 am it was calm, but after lunch, the waves came again. The water is often warm/cold like a layered cake. It didn't bother us much, but if you want to lie down for a long time, it's problematic of course. Especially if someone, like me, has bad vestibular apparatus - it will continue to sway until falling asleep... They serve fast food and chicken for lunch at the sea, and they pour wine. Drinks and beer are available throughout the day. You can buy ice cream for children nearby - very convenient and delicious. SERVICE - at the reception, they understand Russian at a basic level, it was surprising that the staff hardly speaks Russian. The hotel is oriented towards Europeans - lots of French people, Germans, Polish, African Americans, Turks, and others. There are very few Russians. I didn't understand if this is a plus or a minus for me... In general, the attitude towards Russians is good, I didn't notice any discrimination from the staff, the multinational composition of the vacationers is also friendly and smiley - everyone came to relax. FOOD - the food surprised me, I didn't think there would be such a variety of fresh and cooked fruits and vegetables in a hotel like this. Different types of meat, mostly chicken, turkey, and beef. Fish is less frequent and only one type, seafood was provided once. Fruits included watermelons, melons, peaches, nectarines, grapes, kiwi, oranges, grapefruits, plums, and apples. Drinks are like everywhere - carbonated drinks, juices. The coffee in the lobby is good, and the coffee from the vending machines is also fine. My husband said the alcoholic beverages were good, I mainly drank red dry wine and liked it. The vermouth in the lobby was also good. The beer is undiluted and gets you drunk. There is a cafeteria that serves gözleme, potato curls, waffles, and gives ice cream based on the time. In general, they feed and provide drinks around the clock. ENTERTAINMENT - the animators are trying their best, you can see that. It's a big plus. We often played darts, volleyball, and a game similar to hopscotch. In the morning, there is yoga near the sea, just a minute of stretching, but still better than nothing. Every evening there is some kind of show, repeated every week. Disco - a couple of decent songs and that's it, again the animators lead Turkish dances (they should let them rest already). OTHER - I would like to mention the 4 water slides (especially the one where you slide on inflatable rings) - it's awesome, and the gym - you can get a key at the reception anytime, it's free. The gym is fantastic, with two floors, strength training on the first floor and cardio on the second floor. Each floor has air conditioning (you need to press the green button at the entrance), there is a refrigerator with water, towels, and even a shower. Just heaven for fitness enthusiasts. I also enjoyed playing billiards - you can play in the evening, and there is also a sauna. CONCLUSION - the hotel is more focused on poolside relaxation with children and emphasizes food and entertainment. It is really convenient for families with young children. If you are going exclusively for the sea - it is the second line of the coast, with waves and cold currents, not very convenient. But it didn't matter to us with teenagers. Considering the cost of the trip - we had an absolutely wonderful time. The most important thing is that you can see that all the staff are trying their best, they treat people well, modernization work is being done, and everything is here for a great vacation. We used to be afraid to stay in cheaper hotels, we wanted everything to be comfortable, close by, and abundant. After staying at this hotel, I understood that you can save money and still have a wonderful vacation!

The reviewer did not provide a detailed description of their stay at the hotel. I would like to share my impressions of my stay at the hotel in more detail.

Good day! We chose the hotel based on reviews and feedback, so I want to share our impression of the hotel. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel without making any stops, and the journey took 2 hours. We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM and checked in immediately. We had booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms and a living room. However, we were given a room with three bedrooms and a living room. This meant that our two children had separate bedrooms. The bathroom was nice with a shower and toilet. There was a spacious balcony overlooking the main pool. However, on the first night, we discovered that a bar opened at the pool at midnight and served customers until 7 in the morning. We didn't sleep well for several nights because we could hear people talking and laughing loudly at the pool. We complained to the reception and the bar, but it didn't significantly improve the situation. However, we didn't want to move to another building because it was not far from the restaurant, lobby, etc. I can't imagine how many stairs the guests in the yellow (furthest) buildings have to climb every day. We went there a couple of times and realized that we were lucky with our building. As for the food, there wasn't an abundance (like in higher-end hotels in Belek, for example), but everything that was offered was delicious. I really like grilled fish, but it was not served every day. Out of the 12 days we stayed, it was served about 5 times. The restaurant was a bit small for the number of guests, so it felt crowded. We had to find tables ourselves. The same went for the bar, where there were often queues to get drinks. There was only one bartender who also poured alcoholic beverages and served cola and Fanta. People had to stand in the heat and wait. It would have been more convenient if guests were allowed to pour their own wine, cola, beer, etc. There were also queues at the bars near the pool and the amphitheater (where you could stand in line for about 2 minutes). As for the beach and sea, there was a bus that transported guests to the beach and back every hour, so we got used to it. Everything ran on schedule, so we didn't have any problems. There were always enough sunbeds on the beach, both in the morning and after lunch. The pier was nice and new, with convenient access and showers. The seabed had large stones, and I lightly cut my leg on them, but you could adapt to it as there were entrances with fewer stones. But the main disappointment was the water in the sea. There is a nearby mountain river, so the water in the sea was always cold. It didn't warm up. When swimming, you would constantly encounter cold, almost icy, currents. It was very unpleasant, and that's why we won't go back to this place for vacation. After all, the sea is the main reason why we come for a vacation. Another unpleasant experience was when we arranged with a guest relations employee to celebrate my spouse's birthday. We paid for a gift - a bottle of wine for 15 euros, but no one congratulated my spouse during dinner that day. Although a few days before this, we saw the waiters congratulating another man - they brought him a piece of cake, sang "Happy Birthday," and everyone applauded. I wanted the same celebration. I approached the waiters several times, and they seemed to nod, but after an hour of sitting at dinner, nothing happened. I went to the reception and tried to solve the issue through them, but they looked concerned, made phone calls, and shrugged their shoulders. We waited for an hour and then left the restaurant. The paid wine was never brought to our room or anywhere else. The next day, we were leaving, and I tried to get my 15 euros back until 12 PM. It was not easy to do so either. Miraculously, after my fifth attempt, they returned the money. Overall, our mood was spoiled. That's the entire review. I hope it helps someone when choosing this hotel.

We, a family of 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 12 years old), had a great vacation. The food was good and diverse. The entertainment was good, but there were not many active games for children aged 12 and above. The beach and pier were nice, although the shuttle bus schedule to the beach was a bit inconvenient. The water slides were enjoyable. Overall, the vacation was a success, and the children were satisfied.

I deliberately waited to leave a review in order to be more objective and not let my emotions influence it! I consider this hotel to be a 4-star plus, perfect for budget vacations. It has everything you need. I would rate the beach as a 4, the staff's work as a 5, the rooms as a 5++, the pool as a 5, and the animation as a 4, but the animators deserve a 5 +++++++. The food and drinks are a 4 with a minus, the Wi-Fi is a 2, and the hotel grounds are a 5. The hotel is located about a 3-hour drive from the airport (group transfer) and looks more attractive compared to the ones nearby. When we entered the room with my daughter, we were amazed. I have never stayed in such a large room before, we chose the superior (a bit more expensive), but it's worth it. It has a huge balcony with a sun umbrella and loungers. There's a glass table and wicker chairs. At first, we didn't want to go anywhere from the room. There are some reminders that I'm not the first guest here, but overall, the room renovation and cleaning are at a decent level. The beach is a 4. The disadvantages of the beach are the inconvenient entrance (you have to look for a spot and there's something dripping nearby), and it's the second line of the beach, but there are frequent free shuttles to the sea (the trip takes 1 minute). Some people write about a cemetery near the beach, trying to scare you. Yes, it exists, but you don't feel it unless you want to nitpick. The advantages are that the animators organize contests at the beach (just like at the pool in the hotel). In the bar, they serve beer, wine, cool drinks, and prepare lunch at a certain time for those who didn't go to the hotel. There are plenty of sun loungers, and cleanliness is maintained. The staff's work deserves a 5. You can see that the people are trying, so thank you once again! There is Russian-speaking staff, but you will often have to use a translator on your phone. For example, at the front desk, where you run with all your questions, there is no one who speaks Russian, unfortunately. There are many Russian-speaking animators, and they are all good guys who know how to create the right atmosphere. A big hello to Mikhail, Keita, and Nastya. They managed to cheer up not only me but also my daughter, despite her teenage fuss and denial of everything. She managed to take first place in the contest, dance at the discos. And oh my, for the last three days, she danced with everyone in the evening in the amphitheater to the hotel anthem. All the animators are great, with nice rooms, acrobatic elements, humor, and genuine interest in entertaining you. Guys, you are amazing. I liked everything, although I didn't manage to attend any shows by guest artists (they have them there), the animation deserves a 5++++++, but there were only 3 disco nights after the shows in 6 days, which seemed a bit insufficient for me and my daughter, although the booklet they gave us with the DJ's schedule indicated a busier program. Well, maybe it just happened that way... And now for the spoonful of tar... Initially, I expected more from the hotel. On the first day of visiting the dining hall, I was disappointed with the limited selection. As a woman who came here for the second time said, the food was more diverse in 221. Probably due to the crisis... The second unpleasant surprise that awaited me was the drinks. I bought a tour from the tour operator Anex, it cost 1 per week of vacation with my 16-year-old child. And in the Anex company's information, it was stated that the hotel operates on an ultra all-inclusive system, which means that drinks, including imported alcoholic beverages, should be included, but there were none. I asked the bartenders and the Anex company's guide about it, whose name is Eldar, but the imported alcohol never appeared. Well, okay, the most unpleasant surprise was the TOOTHBRUSHES. They didn't put them in the room right away, they brought them upon request, but one set was already used. I don't know if it was intentional or not. There's a packet with a resealable strip that can be used multiple times if desired. The feeling was awful... As I see it, there could be two reasons: either a tourist used it and neatly folded it, and the housekeeper thought that nobody used it and put it with the new ones, or it was deliberately given like that... The Wi-Fi is a big minus of the hotel. The payment manipulations resemble tricks. Be careful with the number of devices! It costs 15 dollars per week for each device. It's free in the lobby bar (next to the reception), you can catch it by the main pool closer to the elevator, and that's it... "1 connection for 15 dollars per week." Multiply it by the number of devices you connect. For example: a tablet and one phone will cost 15*2, which equals 3 dollars. They don't mention this right away, they explain that connecting to Wi-Fi in the room costs 15 dollars, and then there may be a surprise during checkout. Booking a la carte restaurants... turned out to be a waitlist for 4 days in advance. We didn't think about it right away, only a couple of days before our departure. It turned out to be too late, they told us the available dates when we would already be home... It also smelled like an attempt to reduce hotel expenses and give us only those dates... May 14th, there were few guests on vacation, so why such a long waiting list for the restaurant, comrades? So, for those who are going, make a reservation at the restaurant as soon as possible. And of course, if you don't want to regret wasting money, don't take the free shopping excursion (compare prices at Valdberis, I think ordering from home will be much more profitable), it's better to go to Cleopatra Beach on a day free from animation. Local minibusses and tourist buses go there. Overall, I enjoyed my vacation, my child loved it and remembers it warmly. She managed to become friends with the animators to the extent that she cried on the plane. It's cute and worth a lot... In my opinion, it's a good company, a cozy stop, an opportunity to have a fun time, beautiful views, and magnificent rooms are worth turning a blind eye to the cost-saving measures that are clearly evident in the food... Take the juice and coffee at the bar with Wi-Fi, they taste better))).

Children have grown up and we decided to go to Alanya. We liked the hotel format during the selection process. ..Road and accommodation: The journey from the airport was delayed due to a "hotel tour" - the hotel is located in Kestel, which is the exit from Alanya towards Mersin. We arrived at the hotel after lunch (there was a delay in the flight of more than 2 hours + the flight time increased), and the check-in was a bit delayed due to the change of the building: they offered "J", but we immediately refused and checked in to "A". In buildings J, I, E, and F (the disco from the neighboring hotel), it can be noisy. If you don't mind walking up the stairs, buildings A, B, C are an excellent choice. In the morning and in the evening, the pool is completely at your disposal)) - the pre-breakfast swim is super!! Short route: from the lobby, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk along the buildings. And here comes the long-awaited unpacking of suitcases! ..Hotel: ALL THIS worries, delays, etc. ended and the hotel welcomed us in its "Cozy embrace". I immediately note the "+": responsiveness of the staff and the work of the animation team (although it feels like the staff works round the clock). I really liked the multinationality in the hotel. The food in the hotel (!) is good, and the ice cream is superb. The children's water park and playground, water slides are enjoyable - BUT, there can be problems with sunbeds around. The gym is large - the magnetic key is taken at the reception. Sauna and Turkish bath by request. I recommend getting freshly brewed coffee in the bars (not from the machine). ..Beach: The sea greeted us at this hotel with frequent waves and invigorating currents of the "Dim" river, which flows nearby. The entrance to the sea is stony - "corals" save the situation! Convenient large pier. There are no free water sports. We went to the hotel for lunch - the food at the beach is weak. Walking there is far = it depends on your preference (we went several times), would be nice to have additional bus trips at 1 PM and 7 PM. ..Location: The hotel is located near the center of Alanya (fortress, Cleopatra beach, shops, bazaar..) = 15 minutes by minibus (11.25 TL) or bus for €1, taxi costs $5-7. During this trip, we discovered 2 stores: Collins (look for stylist Maya) and Kult - leather shoes (look for Nina). P/S: I recommend exploring (visiting) the fortress and the Dim Cave. We had problems with paying with Mir VTB card = Tinkoff Mir saved us!!

We vacationed in June/July. There were three adults and one child. We have been to Turkey many times before, in different regions. We chose this vacation package hastily due to the constant price increases and were swayed by the high rating on TopHotels, so we booked this hotel. It was only after visiting this hotel that I started to distrust reviews significantly... This hotel is located very far from the airport in Antalya. We checked into three hotels along the way, and the journey took us at least 3 hours. And we had to drive through almost the entire Alanya region, where there are traffic jams everywhere now. We arrived at the hotel at around 11 am. At the reception, they told us to wait until 2 pm for check-in, which we were prepared for, but they already informed us which building and room we would be staying in. We went to check and came back to the reception in shock, begging them to prepare another room for us. The issue was that they offered us Building C. It is located at the highest point of the hotel with a terrifying amount of stairs. I had a welcome letter from TopHotels with me - it didn't help at all. We even offered money - also no options. The answer was always the same - there were no rooms available. While we were waiting for our room, I spent the whole time persuading the reception staff to change our room. But it was all in vain, they outright refused to accommodate our request. The Turkish staff at the reception were not fluent in Russian, which was strange considering there were so many Russian speakers at the hotel. It is strange that they couldn't hire a competent Russian-speaking employee. Eventually, realizing the futility of our pleas, we had no choice but to agree to this awful Building C. As a gesture of gratitude for my compliance, they gave me two keys to the room, emphasizing that it was a bonus from their side. Although in other hotels, we were given as many keys as the number of people staying in the room. Here, they gave us 2 keys for 4 people, and apparently, it was a bonus:))))) They are quite funny:)))) We got a three-bedroom room with two balconies. The view was beautiful. The room itself was run down, the plumbing didn't work properly, the doors were old, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. But the beds were comfortable. The bedding was changed only once during our 12-day stay, but to be fair, we often put the "Do Not Disturb" sign. The territory was the biggest drawback for me. The entire hotel is located on an elevated area, the territory is average, not too big, but not small either. There are too many stairs, so think well if you plan to bring a stroller to this hotel. During our stay, I witnessed men sweating and turning red from the heat as they carried strollers with children up and down various flights of stairs, which constituted the entire territory. Moreover, the principle of accommodating families with strollers on lower levels was clearly not followed. Towards the end of our vacation, our family started experiencing leg cramps due to the excessive strain on our legs. To get from the dining area to our room, we had to climb 12 stairs. If we had to go from the room to the lobby, it was about 3 stairs. If we forgot something in the room, it was a lost cause, it was easier to just forget about it and not go back. Our legs were sore from walking around the territory in slippers. The territory was quite green, and there were no mosquitoes. There were a few flies (mostly in the dining area). Our building was near the relaxation pool. In other hotels, a relaxation pool usually refers to a quiet, secluded area where you can relax away from the noisy children in other pools. Often, there are signs saying "18+" near such pools. In this hotel, the relaxation pool was simply a regular pool with kids, just located on the highest level. It remains a mystery why snacks and ice cream were not served there like in other five-star hotels. There was only a tiny bar near the pool where the bartenders constantly disappeared, and all the guests served themselves by pouring their own drinks. It was also unclear why they didn't provide ice cream for children there... all the kids were running back and forth through a lot of stairs for ice cream. The main pool was located on the second level, where the slides were. The sun loungers were always occupied, and there was no point in trying to find a spot there. These spots were taken very early in the morning and not vacated even during lunchtime. The main pool was always crowded. When the slides were open, there would be a queue for them, and we only waited once and didn't go again, as it was a waste of time to stand in the queue in the scorching heat. In general, I noticed that this hotel seems to save money on staff and is clearly understaffed. There was always a line at the bar before and after the entertainment program. We had to go to the lobby for drinks! Again, we had to overcome a lot of stairs, as the two elevators were very slow and always crowded with people with strollers. Also, there were no fans in the elevators, and it was extremely stuffy. By the time you reach the first floor from the third, you come out of the elevator drenched in sweat. There is a noticeable lack of staff in the dining area (sorry, I can't call it a restaurant). The tables were poorly cleaned, and we There were absolutely no berries (had to go to the market for them). There were apples, oranges, sometimes mini bananas and yellow apricots. The watermelon was sweet and normal, but the melon was like cotton. Overall, the fruit table was disappointing. There weren't even any fruits in sweet syrup, which are usually available at any five-star hotel. We visited 2 restaurants... a seafood restaurant and a barbecue restaurant. I do not recommend them to anyone. The food is the same as in the cafeteria. You sit in the heat, all red and sweaty, waiting for your food. There is a 2-3 minute break between dishes. The waiter's sweat literally dripped into my glass. Why not have air conditioners or fans in the restaurant? Why serve the same dishes that are available in the cafeteria every day? Why such long pauses between serving dishes? As a result, a visit to the restaurant takes up 2 hours. Children get restless, many leave... I regretted going at all. My 9-year-old child fell asleep on the table, exhausted from the heat and waiting. We also came across greasy plates, glasses with lipstick. Flies would land on the plates. There is still work to be done regarding cleanliness in this hotel. The bus to the beach is a separate story... an old worn-out bus, emitting thick black smoke, which vacationers have to inhale since the bus has no windows. The bus schedule is inconvenient, it runs not only every hour but also has a lunch break. It takes at least 15 minutes to get to the beach, don't believe what others have said in the reviews about 5 minutes. It takes a long time, stops at every traffic light. People cram into it, especially before lunch at the hotel. Walking to the hotel is not close and very hot. You have to walk along the cemetery, go down to the underground passage under the road, and then climb for 15 minutes uphill in addition to the 4-degree heat. By the time you reach the hotel, you are completely exhausted, but getting to your room is another problem, as you have to climb all the stairs. When you finally reach your room, you just collapse onto the bed - that's a fact :) Not many people stay at the beach for lunch because they only serve soup, vegetable platters, and burgers with dry patties. Only the onion rings were delicious. I was very surprised that the ice cream at the beach is not free, it seems excessive for a 5-star hotel. Even in a 4-star hotel, ice cream at the beach is free, maybe only during certain hours but it's still free! Here, it's a 5-star hotel and ice cream costs $2... it's strange... The beach itself has a wide sandy area, but it hurts your feet at the entrance and exit, so it's better to wear flip-flops. The water in this area is layered, especially in the morning. Cold water and warm water alternate noticeably. We felt uncomfortable swimming. I knew about the layers of water in this area, but I didn't expect them to be so unpleasant since people wrote in the reviews that it's refreshing. I don't know... it didn't refresh me, I just wanted to get out of the water quickly. Luckily, they didn't occur every day. As for alcoholic beverages - all local. In the lobby, they don't pour directly from the bottle, but use an automatic dispenser. For example, one press of the button by the bartender and a portion of 3 grams of rum is poured, then they pour a whole glass of ice and top it off with cola. As a result, you don't taste any rum at all and spend the whole evening drinking cola with ice. The wine is sour, only the melon one was praised (but it's only available in the lobby). The champagne is also sour. Efes beer is not bad, no more than 3% alcohol... There is no dark beer. They can't make cocktails at all, the mojito doesn't even come close to a mojito... it's just sugary water with a ridiculous amount of sugar and some kind of herb... In the lobby, they periodically turn off the air conditioning to save energy. It gets stuffy and you immediately want to leave because it's impossible to sit in such heat... When we arrived, there was a refrigerator in the cafe with bottles of water and Ayran. For the first 4 days, we took water and Ayran from there, then everything disappeared and the refrigerator remained empty for the rest of our stay. The entertainment - I read so many praising reviews about it :))) The guys are doing great, they put in a lot of effort. Misha is a handsome guy, with a great sense of humor. Wi-Fi is paid in the lobby, if you pay it works very well. Why a five-star hotel still has paid Wi-Fi remains a mystery to me. There is only free internet in the lobby and it's very weak. We also noticed that there were scandals at the reception almost every day... people were arguing about the expensive internet, someone had a leaking toilet in their room and couldn't get a maintenance worker for three days, someone with a stroller was placed in the farthest building and on the top floor... in general, there were plenty of reasons for complaints:)) and it didn't matter if they were Germans or Russians, they were equally angry... In general, I know that this hotel has a huge fan base based on the reviews. Either these are people who are traveling abroad for the first time or those who are experiencing a 5-star hotel for the first time. Because those who have traveled and seen the level of other 5-star hotels cannot give high ratings to this hotel, it's just impossible to overlook the downsides that I mentioned... I want to mention separately that I didn't notice any difference in service between people, the bartenders and staff are friendly to everyone. Despite their incredibly heavy workload, they are always polite and friendly. I thank them for that! I definitely won't recommend this hotel, I'd rather abstain.

We stayed with our family at this hotel from June 12th to June 19th. Check-in is strictly from 2 pm. The room was given as stated during the booking, an excellent two-bedroom room next to the pool. We met people who had a standard room, which was smaller, and they usually had a view of the construction site. Well, it depends on luck. The food at the hotel is good, but there are no seafood options either cold or hot. The meat options change daily: beef, turkey, chicken. Fish is served every other day: sea bass, dorado, trout. The internet is only available in the lobby, but you can buy it for 2 Euros for the week to stay connected all the time. The neighboring hotel Labranda has a great Wi-Fi signal on the beach. A bus takes you to the beach every hour, and the ride takes about 5 minutes. The beach bar only serves wine and beer. There are always enough sun loungers. The sea entrance is rocky with a lot of stones, so bring shoes with you. The hotel grounds are full of flowers and well-maintained, but there are many stairs. The evening entertainment is superb. In general, if anyone has any questions, I am happy to answer them. This hotel is definitely not "ultra" as claimed. We paid 155,000 for 7 nights. It is definitely not worth it to pay more.

We rested in September 222. It was a very long journey from Alanya to the hotel, with stops at other hotels it took more than 3 hours. The hotel is nice, but it doesn't deserve 5 stars. The rating is also inflated. They housed us in a villa, a room on the first floor, without windows, only a glass door, as if we were living in a basement. The room itself is small, only a bed and a walkway next to it, not enough space to move around. We tried to change it, but it didn't work out, nobody understands Russian at all. The hotel itself is located in a rocky area, and we always had to go uphill from the villa to the main building. The beach is far away, we have to take a bus to get there. The first bus to the beach leaves at 9 am, and the last one from the beach is at 6 pm, even though they could have extended it until 7 or 8 pm. The beach itself is next to a cemetery, behind a fence of course, but still. There is no sand on the beach, only rocks, but there is a pier. The hotel is huge, with many buildings, the pools are always crowded, it's hard to find a free sunbed by the pool (unless you occupy it early in the morning), and there are always long queues at the ice cream and snack bar. We made a reservation at the restaurant, but when we arrived, it turned out to be closed. We liked the water slides, but the pool with slides is not deep, and small children sometimes swim there with their parents, so it's very scary to slide and risk hurting a child. It's dangerous. The entertainment initially seemed interesting, but in the end, it turned out to be monotonous. There are two black boys in the morning at the pool, one at the beach, and in the evening, the three of them organize dances or shows, and that's all. The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, well, actually it doesn't work at all. We went to the "Excursions" place down the street to use the internet for free, the owner there is friendly and allowed us to use it.

We were on vacation from September 8th to September 17th, 2022. The hotel is located on a hill and there is almost nothing nearby (only a few shops with inflated prices). The hotel itself is decent, but there are several important drawbacks. 1) NOWHERE does it say that standard rooms are ONLY on the first floor. We were checked in at night with a view of the hotel parking lot. In the morning, we started drawing attention to this issue. To which they replied, "Pay $2 and you will have a good room." Our first impression was ruined. 2) There is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear someone sneezing behind the door just 3 meters away from the room. Every night, you will have to listen to the mischief of neighbors from ALL SIDES. If you don't care about nighttime comfort, then this is not a minus for you. 3) One night, during the poolside entertainment, someone tried to break into our room through the balcony. As soon as they approached the door (fortunately, we were home that evening), the person ran away. The reception did not react in any way... We conclude that anything that goes missing due to the hotel's fault will only be your problem. 4) The beach is literally located next to a cemetery. You can see the graves just on the other side of the bar's wall. You will get a good view of everything when you leave the sea on the hotel bus (the fence is about 2-3 meters high and everything is clearly visible). 5) The rooms are beautiful if you don't look too closely. We had a broken floor tile (a huge hole in front of the bed), no curtains on the air conditioner, everything was worn out and far from fresh. 6) Negligent attitude of the staff. One day, the room door was left wide open. It turned out the cleaning lady forgot to close it (another point against the security of belongings). Overall, the hotel is decent, but it does not deserve 5 stars.

Hello everyone. I am writing an honest review as I have something to compare it to. Let's start with the road - it took us 3.5 hours to get to the hotel (we knew about it when choosing the hotel). We were lucky that there was a receptionist who spoke some Russian on that day. She tried to explain something to us. They put us in a car with our suitcases and took us somewhere (it was scary because it was night time). They brought us to our building A, helped us with our suitcases, and our room was on the top floor, but it turns out that there were two rooms behind one door (one on the fourth floor and ours on the fifth floor, so you had to climb a steep staircase) - we were shocked. The room wasn't big, but cozy, and there was a very large balcony with a magnificent view. They gave us a map of the territory, and we figured everything out by the third day. We went to find where to eat at 12 o'clock at night. There was a bar that was open, where you could have a snack but not a full meal (salad, soup from lunch, sandwiches). Honestly, on the first day, we were unpleasantly shocked because in other hotels, the main restaurants were open at night and there was Russian-speaking staff. The animation was good, and we were lucky to have three Russian-speaking animators. There were dances, step aerobics, water aerobics, darts, and more. The road to the beach was on a large yellow bus without windows and took about a minute. The beach is right in front of a cemetery, which is a big minus. The sea is clean and warm. There is a large beautiful pier and plenty of sun loungers. There is a bar where you can get any drinks and snacks (fruits, soup, potatoes, hamburgers, etc.). There are slides and three swimming pools, one of them is a relaxation pool, located near building A (but it is not very relaxing as it is always crowded). The majority of vacationers here are loud Germans. The food variety in the main restaurant is large, and we always found something to eat (although only 1-2 types of soup and porridge). We visited the spa, highly recommend it, and also tried the fish à la carte restaurant, we liked it, although you may have to wait for a while. There is a bus from the hotel to the center of Alanya for $1. Before leaving for the airport, we forgot a bag on the reception sofa. When we came back, the bag was gone. After checking the cameras, it turned out that a man with his bags took it and left. But just before leaving for the airport, the security chief approached us and returned our bag, we were very grateful to him. All in all, since we have something to compare it to, we will choose a different hotel next time, but warm memories remain nonetheless!

The author of the review did not provide a detailed description of their stay at the hotel. I would like to share my impressions of the hotel stay in more detail.

Just arrived from Turkey today, writing a review on the fly. You can confidently go, the hotel is worthy, it has everything for a vacation... food, alcohol, amazing entertainment, and the sea. Let's start with the food. It is available almost round the clock, someone wrote that there are no themed dinners. Not true! There were Italian, Mexican, and Turkish dinners. They had shrimp, mussels, and squids. Lamb was available almost every day, as well as Turkish sweets (I read somewhere in a review that there was no baklava in a Turkish hotel). Besides that, they had waffles, ice cream, gözleme, potato chips, you name it. The alcohol was varied. They had the standard beer, whiskey, gin, etc. The wine selection was diverse, including melon, cherry, pomegranate, white, rosé, and red wine. They made both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. They had Martini in the lobby. Wine and beer were served on the beach. As for the entertainment, people have written all sorts of things already. Really, the guys did a good job. I particularly liked the 80s party. It was cool. There is a mini-club for kids. My daughter was constantly doing something there, baking pizza, playing, drawing. Kids over 7 years old might not find it as interesting though. The beach: we knew about the second line, we walked there several times with the kids, it was fine. The underground passage was not the most convenient with a stroller though. The staff tries very hard, they cook, clean, and are practically all friendly. Upon check-in, we asked to be assigned a room in a different building than A, B, or C, as we had a small child with a stroller, and they gave us a room in building J without any problems. The only minor drawback for us was the cleaning. In terms of actual cleaning, there were no complaints. It was done every day, although it was mediocre. But in 12 days, they only provided us with toilet paper and shampoo once, we had to take them ourselves. But these are minor things that we tried not to pay attention to. By the way, after talking to people in other buildings, they didn't have this problem. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a visit!
