Moved in at night, really like everything☺️
Hello, we lived on the 4th floor in the 4th building, it was quiet, with a view of the pool, the sheets were white, but I noticed a few stains and torn pillowcases a couple of times.
Good afternoon, we stayed at this hotel in March, in building 4 on the 4th floor, this building is the closest to the reception, with a view of the pool, the sea is hardly visible. On the first floor (where our friends stayed) we did not like it at all, the room was dark and noisy. The rooms are average, no issues with linens and towels, everything is white and clean. The main plus of the hotel is the beach and sunbeds in the shade that do not require payment.
The rooms are good. I wouldn't say they are tired. Cleaning could be better. But if you ask, they will do everything. I don't remember the numbers of the buildings. We stayed in the second to last building on the left, if you're facing the sea. Very quiet and nice. The buildings across, especially the last one above the restaurant where breakfast is served, are noisier, in my opinion. The beach itself is gorgeous, it's almost the center of Bang Tao. There are enough sunbeds provided by the hotel. A big plus is the palm trees above the sunbeds on the hotel grounds. There's shade and sun, whatever you prefer.
I can't say anything about the massage and restaurant, but the territory we visited was very clean. There are sun loungers and music playing, creating a great atmosphere. We stayed in Sanving, but it disappointed us. It needs some updates. The windows in the corridor overlook the Amur. You can get a massage on the beach near Sanving. The prices are shown in the photos. On the video, there is a quick overview of breakfast at Sanving.
Hello! How does the WiFi work in the hotel?
At the reception, everything is good, the room is also fine, but the territory varies.
Shrimp tempura and pineapple rice for dinner at the hotel are more delicious than in other cafes. 👍 In the photo - this is the menu from the café on the premises, but they have separate menus for dinner and lunch.
Overall, the impressions of the hotel are positive. The food is decent. In the photo, there is a small portion of breakfast.
If it's not difficult, please take a photo of the beach and the sea before noon. How crowded is it this season? We were there in early December and would like to compare.
At 11 o'clock there was this much.
We have been living here for a week, and we will be here for another 5 days. Overall, we like it. The sea is calm, with occasional gentle waves. The water has a slightly greenish tint. We usually eat at two restaurants near the hotel. They offer children's meals for free when adults purchase a meal, but the quality of children's food is so-so - burgers, hot dogs, and meatballs with fries. There are three restaurants across from the hotel, but we haven't tried them yet. We often go out for lunch somewhere else, and in the evenings, we don't feel like going out. One time, we ordered food from a nearby restaurant called Tbilisi if we feel like having our own food. I haven't seen any markets or anything within walking distance. There is a shop across from the hotel that sells fruits, shawarma, and pancakes. You can walk along the beach to reach a 7-11, where there are also several souvenir shops. We haven't ventured further than that.
I will briefly write my impressions about the hotel: the bed is uncomfortable, the pool has a detachable ladder, the toilet is as low as a child's height, and there is a smell similar to that of a plastic portable toilet.
Right now, no one would recommend this hotel with its worn-out condition, dampness, sewage smell, and excessive noise. We have children screaming from 8 to 10 o'clock from all sides, and from 16/17 to 20 o'clock. The bed has clean linens, but they constantly slide off the main mattress, making it feel like two single beds. The hotel is urgently in need of renovation. It is not worth the money. The only positive aspects are the nice beach and the proximity to a grocery store and cafes. The overall layout and location of the hotel are initially good.
We slept with the baby all together, it seemed normal 🧐 definitely not everywhere like that.
In the video - a room review. I apologize for the mess in the room, it's already a mess 🙈 A lot has been written about the condition of the room, I won't repeat it. The room has a convenient partition with a gate. If you have a child who already walks, make sure it is closed and the child cannot open it themselves, the pool is only 2 meters away from it. The neighbors' daughter accidentally opened it and went to the pool when she was one year and three months old 😬 They saw her, of course, but what if they didn't...
Is there a review of the hotel's breakfasts? We are traveling with children, what can we expect?
Fruits, eggs, a few rolls, rice/noodles
There is no photo, there were omelette/scrambled eggs, boiled eggs with the yolk soft or hard. Porridge, broth, sausages, rice, hot dishes (usually something stewed), bread rolls, flakes, cheese, sausage, vegetables, fruits, butter, etc.
We stayed in a Studio room in April 2023. It was spacious and had a mini kitchen, a refrigerator, and a microwave. There was plenty of storage space. The hotel is located in the southern part of the Bang Tao area. There isn't much civilization around, as there is construction everywhere. Within walking distance, there are three cafes with similar food options and a Family Mart store. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the night market. The area is green and beautiful, with four large pools. There is entertainment in the children's pool in the mornings. There is also a great massage salon on the hotel grounds, with prices that are average. It's so nice to get an oil massage after sunbathing right by the sea. Everything is very civilized and clean. In the evenings, cafes open on the beach, offering a wider selection. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the 7.11 convenience store along the beach. The road can be a bit challenging, as it is windy and without sidewalks. You can take a taxi to Laguna, which is a more European area. There you will find a large number of cafes, restaurants, and shops, including a huge supermarket called Villa Market. I recommend a Georgian restaurant called Tbilisi. If you leave the hotel towards the sea and turn left, you can walk to Catch Beach Club. They serve European and Japanese cuisine, which is not cheap but delicious. In the evenings, after 7 pm, they have a fire show on the beach near the club. We took a taxi to the Green Elephant Sanctuary Park in the same area to visit the elephants. They don't allow elephant rides there! The elephants are not in chains and they are not poked with sticks. You can bring bananas and feed them, and they also provide food on-site.
Finally, we are also resting. The hotel is fully booked, check-in was difficult as we had a night flight and the agent promised immediate check-in but didn't actually reserve the night. Except for a glass of juice, nothing was offered to us until 3 PM. If we had known, we would have been prepared, but instead we were tired and frustrated and barely made it to check into our room. We liked the room: it was big, spacious, and had everything for a comfortable stay. There are some flaws in the repairs, but they don't really matter. However, mosquitoes are a real problem. If the room is near the green area, you can't sit on the balcony in the evenings. We can't sleep because of the children with the air conditioner, but without it, everything smells damp. However, opening the windows is impossible as mosquitoes swarm in and there is no separate fumigator. The room was clean upon check-in, no complaints, they clean it every day. The breakfasts are good, there is everything to eat and be satisfied👌 The air conditioners work well, the pools are clean and warm. The lack of overhead lighting is compensated for by plenty of lamps and fixtures.
What are the reviews about the kids' club in the hotel?
I saw that they play with babies, draw, and sometimes do something with dolls. But it's not like in Turkey, where there's a hustle and bustle throughout the hotel.
There is a mini club. There is a teenage club. But of course, not in the Turkish format. Nevertheless, there are few places in Thailand where you can find such facilities. Lulu and Bernie come to say hello every morning at breakfast (they are giraffe and bear growth dolls). The schedule for the mini club is posted near the playground. The schedule of events is also posted in the lobby.
Older kids in their club were seen playing board games, watching cartoons, etc.
Thank you, I need it for 5 years. In order to have the opportunity to work for an hour or two.
I think it will be suitable, I believe they will find something to entertain themselves.
If it smells damp, ask for a dehumidifier, they have them.
The hotel rooms, of course, are really tired. The hotel needs renovation. The neighboring hotel, Amora, has been renovated, and I think Sanwing will also soon close for renovation. However, to be fair, I can say that there are expensive five-star hotels (which are also not new) with the same smudges on the walls/furniture and flaws, but they cost considerably more. Sanwing is quite clean. The cleaning is average, but when checking out, the room is cleaned very well. On Changi in Sea View, we checked in and there was sand everywhere 🙈 Honestly, I was a little afraid of going to a family hotel with a young child (we chose non-family hotels for older children at this age, to avoid any illnesses). But everything went well. In the first few days, we were not allowed in the pool, we only went to the sea, and then they allowed us to go on the waterslide, and to the pool, and we even went to the water park. There were no problems 😌 So the worn-out renovation (which I knew about in advance) didn't bother me at all since we only came to the room to sleep. The room had a normal smell and the bed, at least the bedding, was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable (which is not always the case in hotels). I don't know which pool the ladder is located in, we only went to the pool for the waterslide and even then, very rarely. Mostly to the sea. Sanwing in Kamala is better in terms of renovation, but I chose Bangtao specifically for its location. By the way, I was afraid that it would be very noisy due to the significant gap under the door. But our building was surprisingly quiet. We didn't hear our neighbors at all (our room was at the corner and we had only one neighbor). In the hotel, you can buy a one-time meal pass for 660 baht, I think. By default, it is for dinner, but you can exchange it for lunch. When purchasing an adult pass, the child eats for free from the children's menu. We are happy with our vacation!
So, does the silence in the room depend on the location and the building?
I think it depends more on the neighbors)) But in the 1-2 buildings, it may be a bit noisy because the entrance is nearby. We stayed in building 6 closer to the sea. Our room had direct access to the pool with a slide. We couldn't hear any noise at all. However, the balcony was closed, of course.
Do not hesitate to go there if you want to. The hotel is not new, but it's great! And the sea there is excellent. We went there in the off-season, and everything was great. Beautiful snow-white linen, changed very often, normal towels, beautiful and comfortable furniture there.. all in Scandinavian style. There is a lot of convenience: hooks, shelves, cabinets, utensils, kitchen.
We returned a few days ago, the hotel left a pleasant impression, do not hesitate. We were at the hotel for 2 weeks. The sea is great, but there is a river (there was no unpleasant smell). Our child is 1.4 years old, we bathed and played. Everything is fine. The first day the room was a little shocking. The condition was not very good, but there were no complaints about the bed and bedding. The rooms are not in great condition. In our room category, all the wooden elements were sloppily painted with white paint, with streaks, there were also questions on the walls, it hurts the eyes when you enter, you need to be prepared for that. We had a Happy Baby room, the bedding was great, so you don't notice the poor paint job. As for the rest: there shouldn't be a musty smell coming from the bathroom. Our neighbors had that problem and had their room changed because of poor ventilation in the bathroom. They also have dehumidifiers if you feel extra humidity - ask for one. We were there at the beginning of the season and it was very peaceful in the hotel, there was never anyone else in the pool across from our room. Overall, it felt like there weren't many people around. For those who are planning to go - despite the room issues, we recommend the hotel and we were satisfied with our stay there.
Very convenient, the beach is right next to us, wide and gently sloping. 😍 There are three little restaurants opposite the hotel, we haven't been to all of them, but on average our lunch/dinner costs around 1000 baht, and it's not just rice. The price difference between the restaurants is 20-40 baht per item. There is also a decent restaurant on the hotel grounds, but it's more expensive. The hotel's website has a menu with prices. When ordering from the hotel restaurant's kids menu, my child can eat there for free, although they only have meatballs, but there is a choice available. The room is quite spacious and they can provide an additional bed. 🤔 It's also possible to take a walk and reach McDonald's and the Lotus supermarket in about 20 minutes, there's also a pizzeria and a 7-Eleven there (unlike the strange little stall opposite the hotel). And it seems like there are larger room categories for families.
We are currently here. We came with our one-year-old baby. We have a Happy Baby room. I was disappointed with the condition of the room: the renovation is not old, but very amateurish, as if it was done by seventh-graders. Somewhere it's not painted, somewhere it's crooked, somewhere it's uneven. The first couple of days it was really bothering us, but now we've gotten used to it. The grounds and pools are nice, and the breakfasts are pretty good too. The beach is beautiful. The cleaning in the first few days was mediocre, we mentioned it to the manager, and now they clean well (but we always leave tips for the housekeepers). There is a self-service laundry, which is convenient, and they have a dryer. Overall, the hotel is very enjoyable (except for the crooked room renovation). We only turn on the air conditioner when we're not in the room, so it doesn't bother us how it blows.
I stayed at this hotel in August and I wanted to share a small review. The biggest downside of the hotel is the air conditioner. It blew so strongly that my husband got sick. If you turn it off, there is condensation everywhere, even the floor gets wet. Other than that, it's just small things. The hotel offers family rooms. The bed is very big and the sofa is also huge, all three of our children fit on it. Another huge plus is the shower after the sea, as public beaches have salt all day. I think this is a major advantage. As for the food, especially for children, they have porridge, eggs in any form, cheese, and cereals - you can easily feed a child here. There is a large supermarket in the lagoon where you can find items for every taste, including baby food.
Hello! I can't understand if it's worth the money? 🤭 We are thinking of coming here with our children.
Hello. It's worth considering at least the fact that you don't have to go far to the beach, it's right here. And if we compare it to other hotels in Phuket, the food selection is quite decent. Plus, having a kitchen with children will definitely be convenient. There are also many pools for kids, an amphitheater, and it seems there is entertainment (according to reviews).
Is there a kitchen in every room?
I understand, yes. Take a look at the hotel's website. And the rooms are very spacious.
I will write my impressions about the hotel. The hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. The reception is not very nice. The main restaurant is also not great. The breakfasts are weak. The buildings themselves are tired-looking, and the elevator is uncomfortable. The staff seems to do their own thing. The pools are good, with lots of greenery. The beach is clean and nice, with easy access to the water. We swam at Surin, where the water is much cleaner. The deposit is 200 dollars, and we returned it without any problems on the day of checkout, even without checking the room. It's boring to stay in the hotel without a scooter or car. There is a cafe called Sugar near the hotel, it's good and right across from the hotel. To the left of it, there is another cafe that is cheaper. There is also a Family Mart and a currency exchange right across from the hotel. And that's about it. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the 7/11 and the market. There are also many cafes along the beach.
The hotel is nice with its beach and rooms, especially the Happy Baby Studio, which has a kitchenette, a crib, and many other amenities for babies. On the first floor, there is a terrace with two sun loungers, a table, and a small fence to protect children from accessing the pool area. I think the hotel has a Swedish style, so there are many things similar to IKEA. The downside for us was that the air conditioning unit was right above the bed. As a result, both my child and I have tonsillitis, and my husband has an ear infection.
We stayed at Sunwing Resort and Spa Bangtao Beach from August 23rd to September 1st. They took a deposit of 200 dollars upon check-in. Regarding breakfasts - nothing special, quite weak. Location - nearby there is a Family Mart, a couple of restaurants, a couple of massage salons. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Lotus and markets. Cleaning service - okay. Staff - the restaurant staff doesn't really care about you. The restaurant itself seems to have a beautiful view, but either the furniture or the atmosphere is somehow unclear, it feels dull, poor, and you sit as if in a gazebo - overall, not impressed. They should demolish the entire restaurant and build a new one. Beach - when we arrived, there were no waves, the water was clean. During the last 5 days, it was windy and the sea at Bangtao was dirty. So, we went to Surin to swim. It can get boring without a scooter. Further down the beach, there are many cafes in the hotels. I chose this hotel based on the reviews on Booking, with a score of 8.6, so I fell for it). But it doesn't live up to 4 stars. It's a 3-star hotel with a rating of 6-7. Buildings - there are 5-6 blocks. They are a bit old, the elevator is very far. In the room, if the air conditioner works, it's cold; if you turn it off, it's hot. The climate control doesn't work. The carpets at the reception are terrible and old, quite unimpressive. To enter the hotel grounds on foot, you have to go through a barrier and bend down to pass through it. I don't know why it is like that. We rented bikes for ourselves and our spouse, one each for the kids, our 13-year-old daughter rode a scooter, and our 11-year-old son rode with her. It was fun; we went to Kamala, Patong, Surin with the kids every day. We swam a lot at Surin. Will we return to this hotel again? No.
In this hotel, the system is similar to Turkish hotels. Beach towels are changed, bed linen is changed every 2 or 3 days, I forgot exactly. The room is huge with lots of hooks and shelves. Overall, it is incredibly convenient for accommodation. The refrigerator is medium-sized. Dishes are provided. But the downside is that there is no noisy infrastructure nearby like in Kata/Karon (we were also there). There is a Family Mart across the street with the same prices as 7/11. There are 3 cafes with very pleasant prices. There are massage salons on the premises. The prices are good. And all this pleasure is by the sea. Beach loungers are available for free. There are 3 pools with different depths, a restaurant by the beach (an incredible amount of food, even porridge). Overall, we are thrilled. It's great with kids in Bang Tao. It feels like Turkey: water slides and being on the first line. However, it is limited in terms of mobility (if you don't have a bike or car). It's quite far to go somewhere. But on the other hand, taxis are available and quite cheap. And as for Kata - it's all more active, with shop after shop and lots of cafes. We have come up with a formula (hopefully) for the future: 10 days in Bang Tao and 5-7 days in Kata/Karon (depending on the season). For now, that's the plan. But we haven't been to other beaches, of course. Overall, the beaches are similar, and the sea is amazing everywhere.
Which beach is better?
Now in August, I like Kata. But there were also big waves here. You can also swim in Bangtao. The sea is a bit more turbulent. They say that during the season it's the quietest beach, just like Kata.
Thank you very much for your feedback. Could you please let me know if Sanving Hotel is also modern like Aurico?
Not quite. But very cozy. The Sanving is already old, but it's quite decent. The air conditioners are awful, of course, but you can get used to them. If you want to make a reservation, I recommend the first floor. It's very convenient. They open onto a lawn. In principle, everything on the website corresponds to reality.
Good day, we rested with our children in Sanving on Bangtao in 2019, we liked everything, the hotel is focused on relaxing with children, there is a kids' club for little ones, and older children also have things to do. There is a massage right in the hotel by the sea, prices are like everywhere. We mostly dined at the hotel, there are not many decent cafes nearby, and there isn't much to stroll around. If you order dishes in the hotel restaurant, the child can visit the children's buffet (vegetables, fruits, sausages, pizza, pasta, french fries, chicken cutlets), which was convenient for us. If you are traveling with children, this is a very successful option; if you want a more active vacation, it's better to go to another beach. I would go there again, it's great with the kids.

Please advise, is there any slide or children's playground outside the hotel? Not by the pool, but on the sand.
Here is the children's playground.
There is
Please tell me about the deposit at the hotel, do they take it or not?
We are currently in Sanvinage on Bang Tao. They took a deposit. It is directly stated in their rules. $200
Please show someone the beach near the hotel 🙏 😍
Here it is.
Here is such a beach.
Good day! Maybe someone is staying in a hotel right now? We would be very grateful if you could clarify at the reception desk (if I'm not mistaken, there is a Russian-speaking employee Anna), how much breakfast costs at the hotel? We arrive in the morning, but check-in is at 3:00 PM... We would like to have a peaceful breakfast after a long flight, without having to search for a cafe... 2 adults and 2 children.
498 baht
Thank you! From a person? ☺️
Yes
Could you tell me if there are any currency exchange offices near the hotel?
Yes, right across from the hotel, but the exchange rate is the most disadvantageous, it is most profitable to exchange near Arinara.
Question about the provision of hygiene items: are there hair conditioner and toothpaste in the rooms?
There was no toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel were not in disposable bottles, but rather in large ones (you pour there), but I brought my own. Across the street there is a top store where you can buy everything, a little further across from the lotus there is a body pharmacy, there is also plenty of everything. The hairdryer leaves much to be desired, but you won't be able to go there for styling.
There was a welcome kit consisting of hygiene products - a mini tube of toothpaste + a toothbrush, cotton swabs and pads, and everything else mentioned above. There was no hair conditioner. But everything can be purchased at Tops, Tesco Lotus, or 7-11.
Interested in a club for teenagers. What is there and do you need to pay extra for it?
I haven't used it, but I saw that they organized workshops with children in the kids' club) my 5-year-old son attended a workshop on making a bracelet from beads, we didn't pay anything)
Are there mosquitoes? Sometimes I see mentions of them in reviews. We have never encountered them in Thailand)
There was no one, but in the evenings the door to the room was closed.
Is there a deposit upon check-in?
$200 per room
Good day! Can someone share their experience with early check-in? And is it possible to pay for breakfast on site? I am arriving early in the morning and would prefer not to run around looking for food)
Hello, I cannot provide information about early check-in, as we did not use it, but late check-out until 17:00 is possible (and only until that time), at the cost of 1200 baht, with mandatory relocation to rooms above the reception.
Hello! Can you please tell me where is a cafe with a Russian menu located near the hotel?
Across the street there is a small restaurant, the menu is available in either Russian or English.
We are flying in March, our daughter is 1.2 years old. Is there a café with Russian cuisine within walking distance? Or what should we feed the child? She eats everything, maybe there are non-spicy dishes, adapted for children?
We flew in October when our child was 1.4 years old. Sometimes, I cooked on my own, and other times we ordered meatballs, rice, and pasta from the hotel restaurant. There was also a choice for breakfast. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to take snacks or side dishes for our child in a container for lunch. There is also a children's menu at the café across from the hotel; our neighbors went there to eat chicken soup.
Hello! Does anyone know what river runs next to the Sanving Hotel in Bang Tao? Is it a sewer? The operator didn't mention it, but I saw it in a review by a blogger. Thank you!
The stream comes from a ditch, and there are wastewater treatment facilities. It doesn't smell, of course, but we still moved away from it a little bit.
What is better - Sunwing or Amora?
Living in a swing and in a hammock, the swing would be more interesting for a child.
Hello! Can you please tell me what kind of food is available for a 4-year-old child there?
There is a children's buffet (buffet-style) in Sanvingi, mainly consisting of tasty European food for children (French fries, sausages, meatballs, spaghetti, vegetables, and fruits). Children up to 12 years old eat there for FREE when ordering, it seems, one dish from the regular menu. It was very helpful for us. The amount of food is unlimited. (This menu is available in all Sanvingi locations in Phuket.)
Hello, please tell me if there is a doctor and a pharmacy nearby the hotel?
There is a medical station, but I'm not sure what condition the sign was in. The nearest clinic and pharmacy are a 20-minute walk away, or 5 minutes by car or tuk-tuk.
We are planning to go to this hotel in March with our children. Can you please tell me if I will be able to find regular, normal food for my son (he is 4 years old) that at least somewhat resembles home-cooked meals 😢, without any spices or spiciness?
There is non-spicy food available both in a separate restaurant and nearby the hotel in other restaurants. We requested plain pasta without any toppings. Grated cheese was served separately. There are also soups, cream soup, and chicken broth available in the restaurant across from the hotel. Additionally, you can always ask for dishes without spices for children. On the contrary, I asked for spicy Tom Yum soup for myself, for example. However, they still made it not very spicy.
Thank you, Elena, chicken soup is just what we need))) it would be great to also have mashed potatoes and a cutlet)))
The mashed potatoes were delicious. I don't remember the cutlets )) My 4-year-old had macaroni, pizza (there is a children's menu at the restaurant opposite the hotel). Mashed potatoes, fries.
At the age of 4, you can easily feed your child in the hotel restaurant with a children's menu that is completely non-spicy. Even my daughter ate the meatballs. Plus, there is pizza from the regular menu, rice with chicken and vegetables, also non-spicy. We have already written to you about nearby restaurants.
Thank you! We hope that we will find something for ourselves, like pizza and rice, but it seems they don't accept it. Maybe we can buy potatoes somewhere at the market. I will make mashed potatoes and something else. Did they say anything about using the stove? Can we use it?
No, I didn't remove the tiles anywhere, they could even wash them during cleaning). Of course, the supermarket has almost all familiar products, but I think there will still be food available elsewhere).
Thank you!!! Is there any tableware there? Or did you bring pots with you?
I took a ladle, it served me as a frying pan and a small pot. There are plates, utensils, knives, a spatula, cups.
Has anyone had any experience with changing room numbers at this hotel? Was it difficult to convince them to do so?
Our neighbors have changed, there is a Russian manager, everyone is quite loyal, they try to solve the issues.
If there are available rooms, there will be no problems. Another question is the availability of vacant rooms during the high season 😏. Upon check-in, we were given all three rooms in Building 6 on the 3rd floor (Royal Studio). We did not change them.
Is there an exchange office near the hotel?
Across the road from the hotel. Near Tops.
Is the construction at the neighboring hotel heavily audible in this hotel?
It can barely be heard. From the beach side, everything is almost done.
Does the river next to the hotel bother you? Does it smell unpleasantly strong?
No, of course, it doesn't smell, pure water flows, on the contrary, it looks nice 😊.
For two weeks, there was a smell from the river only once. We tried to stay away from it with the child just in case, but it really doesn't bother us.
Can you please tell me if the hotel's "full board" meal plan includes drinks during lunch and dinner or if they are charged separately? The hotel card only states that some non-alcoholic drinks are included during breakfast.
Our neighbors were on such a diet, they said no to beverages. Breakfasts were fine, just like everywhere else.
Can you please tell me the difference between a studio and a royal studio? They have the same square footage, don't they?
Just a studio differs in that when the hotel is fully booked, they may offer you a room without a balcony. There are not many of them and most likely they are rooms above the lobby. If the room has a balcony, it does not differ in any way from the royal category. The royal category includes a welcome set: fruits, wine, beer, crackers, mineral water, soda. Bathrobes, slippers, brushes, razors, etc. are most likely also available in a regular studio. We arrived home yesterday. We had 3 royal rooms (booked 1 royal and a family room). The last one was not confirmed (there are not many of them). It ended up costing the same as booking 3 royal rooms. We stayed in building 6 on the 3rd floor. I liked building 6. It is close to the sea.
And how is the food for children in the hotel? Do they eat?
Children eat without enthusiasm) apparently it's very hot. They really enjoy eating fruits) Yesterday we went to a café near the hotel) It's called Pine Tree. We liked it very much. And they have options for the little ones too. They serve chicken soup and just noodles)
Hello! Can you please tell me how things are with mosquitoes and plankton on the beach near the hotel in mid-October?
We are on the third day. Yesterday I saw one mosquito 😅 there seems to be no plankton. Although we often swim in the sea.
Can you please tell me who is currently staying at the hotel and if it is allowed to smoke on the balcony?
Good day. We are currently at the hotel. According to the rules, smoking is not allowed in the room. The fine is 2000 baht. It is also not allowed on the balcony. However, we do not smoke, so we haven't been checked 😅
Hello! Could you please tell me what is the required deposit for the hotel? Is it possible to leave it in dollars or euros?
Yes, it is possible in dollars. We had 200$ for 9 nights.
