The beach is 4-5 minutes away. There is a market close by, we eat here often, everything is fine. Breakfasts seem to me very good, yogurt, milk, two types of cereal, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded cabbage, fried eggs, cakes, croissants, toast, sausages, and various types of noodles, rice, soups were chicken, pumpkin, and some other. There are many mosquitoes, they bite in the evening.... If possible, ask for a room away from the gazebo, as in the evening and at night there are vacationers sitting there, and they simply shout... no chance of getting enough sleep 🤦♀️ Not every night, of course, but... it happens.
Breakfasts are average, there are fruits, the only thing is there are no regular cereals and boiled eggs. But there was potato soup, for example. The location is beyond praise, no comments here. If someone is going to stay with their family, for example, 4 people, I recommend a two-bedroom suite! It's just really great 👍🏽

There are 2 categories of rooms with pool access: 1. Rooms with a fence - open the fence and dive right in)) it is located at the second pool from the reception. 2. There are rooms without a fence, where you can just walk out to the pool from the patio area, these rooms are even further, at the third pool. It is very quiet and peaceful there. It is close to the reception, there is no direct access to the pool, but it overlooks the first pool. We initially thought about getting 2 rooms with direct pool access, but then decided to stay in this one and have no regrets. 2 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a small kitchen - the area impressed us)) I took a chance on it, there is almost no information about it.
Hello, we are currently relaxing here. The location is excellent, it's 💯. Everything else is fine if you're not too picky. The rooms need some repairs and maybe just a good cleaning. There is a market, exchange office, and so on nearby.

There were a lot of mosquitoes outside at night, as soon as I went out, they immediately landed on me. We put a fumigator in the room, a couple of them were flying around, I can't say it helped, but it wasn't critical.

How is the beach near the hotel?
Very close, a leisurely 5-minute walk to Kata Beach. A bit further, a super beach called Kata Noi, a 20-minute walk over a small hill. Both beaches are nice, this time we mostly went to Kata Noi. You can swim near the rocks with a mask and see some fish. But we were there in February.
Could you please tell me if there are slippers in the rooms? If yes, what kind are they, rubber?
In our room there were rubber bands, maybe there were others as well, but we did not use them.

No problems, there is a simple shower, the pressure is moderate, but there were no problems with water.
We have booked a pool access for 2 adults and 2 children. But everywhere they write that the rooms are a bit small. I'm thinking, does it make sense to ask for a room exchange on the spot for a two-bedroom one or will there be enough space for overnight stay?
The rooms are indeed small, but for a couple of weeks for overnight stay, I think you can put up with it or ask to change on the spot if there is anything available.
There will be enough space for a sleepover, I think.
