The hotel is a normal 3-star hotel. It is clean and has everything you need. If you need something, just ask at the reception. The hotel is located on a very busy street. If you need silence in the evening, then this hotel is not for you. The breakfast is a buffet. They serve chicken soup, scrambled eggs and omelette, mashed potatoes or rice, pasta with vegetables. There are sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, grated carrots, and lettuce leaves for vegetables. They also have yogurt, tea, coffee, and jams. They didn't have sliced cheese or sausage yet, but there is still plenty to eat without them. I saw that they rented out beach towels, but I don't know who and where to get them. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of shops and cafes on the same street. As for the noise from the street, on the other hand, it's like a free concert through the open window. Russian pop music is playing now. Today they had something like ham for breakfast. I found a place to wash my feet from the sand: right next to the hotel entrance, two steps to the right from the road. There is a toilet and a shower outside. It's not very visible with the flowers.

Hello. We vacationed in Karon, at On Hotel Phuket. 2 adults and 1 child, superior room. Normal breakfast downstairs at the hotel restaurant. For a 10-day vacation, we didn't leave). The hotel's location is a huge plus, everything is nearby - the beach is 5-7 minutes away, currency exchange, massages, 7/11, market. We were given a room facing the courtyard, so it wasn't noisy. Our 1.5-year-old child slept peacefully. We were lucky with our room, as the rooms facing the street are very noisy, with a bar outside playing live music until 1-2 in the morning). They always cleaned up, but there was one time when they didn't provide shampoo and towels. For the last 4 days, we left chocolates from Russia and they always left everything as it should be. The internet was a bit slow, we had to get new logins/passwords, and sometimes it stopped working. The staff were friendly. The air conditioner didn't blow towards the bed, so we didn't catch a cold - we set it to 23-25 degrees and slept and stayed in the room comfortably. As for the downsides, there's no elevator, we had to use the stairs as we were on the 2nd floor. There's no grounds, no pool. The shower in the bathroom leaks onto the floor. But that was not crucial for us, our child didn't go there alone. We wore flip-flops in the bathroom. My husband saw cockroaches twice towards the end of the vacation. There's no balcony. Also, the room was a bit dark in the evening, but you can partially open the curtains during the day. There's not much storage space. We had a baby cot, so we stored everything there. Clothes took a long time to dry. We found positives in everything, 4th time's the charm - we finally booked Phuket😀 By the way, the hotel was fully booked, people wanted to change rooms but there was no availability. Overall, I felt comfortable with the child. We have never vacationed in 5-star hotels and have been to Asia twice, so perhaps we have nothing to compare with. But it's good that we didn't get sick🙏
