Given the current cost of tours from the regions, price was one of the two criteria for choosing a hotel. The second criterion was a sandy, flat beach and calm sea. The cost of the tour from Novosibirsk was 18,000 rubles for 13 nights for two people. The hotels we stayed at in Turkey before were significantly more expensive. The more budget options didn't work for us, as they either had pebble beaches or stone slabs. Stone slabs are common in many places, so we were looking for a beach without them. The beach and sea were perfect. The beach was flat with a gentle slope, the water was turquoise, and there were fish. It was safe. There were no rocks or slabs, and it was clean with fine sand. It took about 1 minute to walk to the beach through the crossing. From the hotel, you turn left into the underground passage. And straight ahead until you see the sign for Arabella Beach. The road is normal, there are almost no cars. If you are traveling with a child, you can bring a foldable scooter from home. It is very convenient. If you buy a used one on Avito for 500 rubles, you don't have to take it back home. The journey from the airport to the hotel took 2 hours with one stop. You can buy a local SIM card during the stop or at the airport for 25-35$. It includes calls and internet. We arrived at the hotel around 12 p.m. and went for lunch. The hotel was probably 99% booked. They offered us a room in the new building with a sea view for an additional 15$. We agreed and didn't regret it. The room was large and spacious, and there were two of us, me and my 6-year-old daughter. There was a double bed and a single bed. Balcony. Everything we needed was provided (soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner). Slippers for the room and a toothbrush set were provided. It was clean and well-maintained. Beach towels were available at the SPA. No one forced anything on us; if you didn't want to use the paid services, you could just take the towels and leave. We hardly went to the pool; we went twice. The slides operate for a few hours twice a day. It was okay, but we're not fans. There was some entertainment, like foam parties, but we didn't attend. There is a bar with free drinks and a paid fridge with ice cream, fruit juices, and cocktails near the pool. There is a bar on the beach with free soft drinks and water. Burgers are free for lunch. Ice cream costs 1$. Since the hotel was fully booked, there were times when there were not enough sunbeds on the beach. We just settled down on our towels on the sand near the water. The hotel itself consists of two buildings, which is not very convenient. To leave from the new building, you have to go through a small bridge to the old building, as there is no exit to the street from the new building. But these are small inconveniences. The food for four was decent. It was really decent. Not fancy, but there was always a choice. The pastries were delicious, and the coffee was good. There were pancakes, eggs, soups, rice, noodles, chicken, turkey, fish, and sometimes beef and pork. Seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Local desserts. The dishes were dirty, which is a minus. They took dirty dishes out of the dishwasher and placed them directly on the tables. You have to search for clean ones. Next to the hotel (to the right when you exit the hotel onto the road), there is a good little shop with reasonable prices. You can buy groceries, shampoos, inflatable rings, masks, alcohol, chips, sweets, and plenty of other things. We also bought gifts there (olives, tea, coffee, halva) to take home. If you leave the hotel and go to the left along the road for about 7-10 minutes, you will find Migros, VakıfBank, and a market. But the prices at the market are higher than the market to the right of the hotel. I didn't like the market near VakıfBank at all. Everything was dirty, dusty, old, and the prices were astronomical; they didn't want to bargain. There is one pharmacy. If you need to buy a SIM card, there are two communication salons near Migros. We didn't buy paid Wi-Fi access in the hotel. The price was the same as for a local SIM card, but the access was only within the hotel. With a SIM card, you can use it anywhere. We had mobile reception even when we went on a boat trip and when we visited Alanya. We were connected everywhere. We had to pay for the safe in the hotel. I don't remember the price, but it was around 25$ for 13 nights. I think you can do without a safe; everything seemed decent. But still, I didn't want to take any risks. It feels more secure with a safe. They accept various forms of payment. They accept rubles, lira, dollars, online transfers (Sber, Tinkoff), or even gold. You can negotiate with them. Many Turks have Russian bank cards (sold at the market), where you can transfer money. The hotel has great guides, and you can also exchange money with them. The staff is friendly. I would come back to this hotel in the future if the prices remain the same. You can book excursions with the hotel guides or through tour agencies at the market. The only difference is the price. Otherwise, it's all the same.

We chose the hotel based on reviews and price. We flew from Minsk with Anex Tour. Everything was on schedule. The flight took 5 hours and 2 minutes. It was a 2-hour drive from the airport to the hotel. 1. Check-in. We arrived at the hotel late at night, around 12:15 on October 17th. The check-in process was quick, at the reception in the main building. The room was on the 3rd floor and was nice, with everything in working order. However, it was a bit small for three people (2 adults and a 9-year-old child), but that didn't matter much. We only used the room for washing up, changing clothes, and sleeping. There were two beds in the room, one double and one single. The mattresses were good. The balcony was tiny, but it had a table, two chairs, and a clothes drying rack. The windows and balcony faced the adjacent building, with a side view of the sea and a busy road. The room was noisy both day and night, but I got used to it by the third night. The bedding, towels, and toiletries were fine. The only thing we missed in the room was a second trash can. There was only one, in the toilet. We always kept it in the room because we needed it there. 2. Food. Everything was fine. We always had plenty of food and found something delicious to eat. There was always chicken, turkey, and fish. The vegetables and fruits were fresh. Some people claimed that the food was bad, but for a budget hotel, it was simply great! Special thanks to the restaurant staff! 3. Bars. The hotel has three bars that operate regularly. The lobby bar is open from 1 pm to 11 pm, the poolside bar is open from 1 pm until sunset, and the beach bar is also open from 1 pm until sunset. The bars serve tea, coffee, and all non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages except at the beach bar, where alcoholic drinks are not included and must be paid for. There is beer available at the beach, but it is not free. Additionally, a snack bar operates on the beach from 12 pm to 4 pm. 4. Beach and sea!!! That's what we came here for. The beach was disappointing: it was a very small area with a limited number of sunbeds. On the first day, when we went to the beach after the meeting with the tour guide, there were no available sunbeds. We had to go back to the hotel and use the pool. But after lunch, there were free sunbeds. So, in order to be on the beach, we had to claim our sunbeds at 7 am. Another characteristic of Arabella Hotel's beach is that the sunbeds are placed very closely to each other, and there is no possibility to rearrange them. If you pull a sunbed closer to the sea, an employee immediately comes and demands that you put everything back in place. This person was extremely unpleasant. Moreover, he reserved three sunbeds for himself for the whole day, even though they often went unused. The beach is also equipped with showers (2), foot rinsing taps (2), toilets, and changing cabins. Everything worked and was clean. We are grateful for that. But the sea itself was fantastic! It was amazing! The entry to the sea was gradual, sandy, and comfortable. The sea was deep, warm, and gentle. All the drawbacks of the beach could be forgiven and ignored because of the wonderful sea. We swam a lot and enjoyed it. It was simply heartwarming! 5. The path to the beach. The hotel is located two blocks away from the beach, despite advertising itself as "across the road." It's not entirely true. To reach the beach from the hotel, you first need to go through a tunnel under the road and then walk about 7 meters without a sidewalk to the beach. It's not pleasant to walk because cars, including trucks and buses, drive along the road. You always have to be alert. It is possible to turn onto the beach of the neighboring Antik Hotel on the way to the beach and walk along the shore to our own beach (that's what we did). However, it's not convenient to return that way because there is no place to wash the sand off your feet. So, we always walked back along the road. To be honest, I didn't like it. 6. Hotel location. The hotel is in the city. All the shops are nearby. If you leave the hotel and go around it to the right, there is a wonderful 24/7 store. It has everything you might need, from small items (disposable razors, lighters, etc.) to any kind of alcohol and groceries. They accept any currency, and you can also pay with a card. That's what I did. It's more beneficial than exchanging currency for liras or paying with foreign currency. I have a Visa Gold card from Priorbank. I used it for payment wherever possible. If you go to the left from the hotel, there are shops such as Vaikii, Minros, and Sok. In the evening, there are rows of shops selling everything from sweets to fur and leather products. If you go to the right from the hotel, there is also a market. The merchandise is pretty much the same everywhere. In conclusion, we had a wonderful vacation experience. We went for the sea and the sun and fully realized that no one would provide us with luxury holidays for the amount of money we paid for the tour. Therefore, we paid little attention to the drawbacks and enjoyed the warm sea, gentle sun, and socializing. The hotel staff was very friendly, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Would I recommend this hotel? I will withhold my recommendation.

All the best to everyone! We were staying at a hotel with my wife from May 12th to May 31st, 223. And so, as far as I remember, everything went in order. We arrived with Turkish Airlines on May 12th, around 19:00 at Antalya airport. Baggage, waiting for transfer, etc., we arrived at the hotel at 22:30. After filling in the forms and receiving our bracelets, I went to the lobby bar and refreshed myself with two glasses of red wine. I must say that the wine was good, without dilution. After that, we wanted to pay extra for a sea view room. After a short pause, they told us at the reception that there was nothing suitable available at the moment and gave us room 415, which turned out to be quite good. It was on the 4th floor with a view of the mountains, complexes, and the "MY houm" hotel (a very fancy and noisy hotel, 5 buildings, 2 pools, constant music), a view of the pool, and a little bit of the sea. We went for evening soup, not hungry. After settling in the room, we realized that it was a miracle: silence, no traffic noise (and all the rooms with a sea view are facing the highway where cars and buses make noise 24/7). Believe me, it's not always necessary to go for a sea view. In the morning, we didn't go to the reception and didn't change anything, so we saved some money. We stayed in the beautiful room: sun until 1:00 PM, then everything was in the shade, and silence from the road. We stayed like that for the entire stay and never regretted it. The territory is not big, 2 buildings, we were in the older one, though you can't tell, the new one is connected by a walkway above the road. The bar provides 1.5 liters of water without refill. We got water from either the bar or the restaurant. The room was cleaned frequently, almost every day. Change of bed linen was also fine. Everything else in the room was available and working. We slept with the balcony open and ordered an extra blanket through Ella (the hotel's guest relations), she is a super woman and helped us with many problems. If you go to the hotel, get her some chocolate, she loves it and will appreciate it. Once you meet her, you will understand and appreciate her with gratitude. She is a very friendly woman who will help you with everything! Thanks to her! There is a pool with sunbeds and water slides on the territory, as well as a bar open from 11 AM. There is animation and games by the pool, everything is fine. There is also a spa salon, a hairdresser, and a shop. Overall, it's very nice to relax by the beach when it's stormy at sea. Behind the main building, right where our room was located, there is a snack bar from 12 PM to 4 PM, serving burgers, french fries, and nuggets. After 9 PM, there is children's animation, and after 10 PM, there is adult animation. It's not bad, maybe a 3+, nothing more. That's why we went for walks in the city. In the new building, there is the main restaurant, a medical center, and access to the pool and spa salon. The territory is very beautiful, with green areas, tables, and sofas at the entrance before entering the hotel building. It's a nice place to sit, have a drink, and there is also a public transport stop towards Manavgat. It's very convenient.

Hello everyone! May was approaching and just two days before our departure, my wife and I were offered a vacation package to Turkey for 6 nights at a VERY good price, so we decided to go. Here's the breakdown: 1. Hotel. The hotel itself is located right next to the road and consists of two buildings. One building is older, but it's not run-down or bad. The other building is newer and houses the restaurant. However, the older building has a nice bar with drinks, which is also important. ))) In the end, the hotel is a decent four-star. 2. Check-in. We arrived on time for check-in, filled out the paperwork, and were invited to have lunch. Despite the fact that lunch time had ended and the restaurant was closed, the staff quickly made arrangements, "opened" the restaurant for us, and we had a meal. We were given a room in the newer building with a view of the hotel across the street and a piece of the sea. I must say that we didn't regret it because if you choose a Sea View, your balcony will face the road where transportation is constantly passing by, and very actively, I might add! 3. Staff. One thing worth noting is the staff's work! They were all VERY friendly, and I never saw any differences in treatment between Russians, Germans, or Poles, for example. I especially want to mention Aysegul, the girl at the reception! She promptly resolved all our questions without any additional reminders, took photos from my phone if something was wrong in the room, and when we came back from the beach, everything was already taken care of! Moreover, there wasn't even a hint of any monetary compensation. We thanked her for everything before we left while standing with our suitcases. 4. Bars. Restaurants. Food. We didn't have any major complaints about the food, and overall, we liked it. However, when tourists started arriving and the hotel started to fill up nicely, there were small queues, and the food became a bit... let's say... cheaper-looking. As for alcohol, we have no complaints at all. The beer was excellent, not diluted. The whiskey was just as good as what they serve in cafes and restaurants in Russia. Overall, everything was quite good. Regarding the hotel's concept, alcohol is FREE until 23:00, and then it's for a fee. Yes! There is no alcohol at the beach bar. 5. Internet. As mentioned before, the internet is not free. Yes, there is free internet in the lobby, but it's kind of... let's say, just for show. A voice message on Telegram that takes 3 seconds took 3-5 minutes, so we decided to purchase the internet package. However, if there are more than two people and you're staying for more than 5-6 nights, I would recommend getting a local SIM card and sharing the internet with others. In terms of price, it's comparable, and you won't be tied to the hotel's internet. You'll have it everywhere, whether you're at the beach or going to Alanya, etc. In conclusion, this hotel is a very good four-star and well worth the money we paid! Will I go to this hotel again? As they say, "never say never." But the thing is, I've been to Turkey about eight times and always chose different hotels because it's more interesting that way!

We stayed at this hotel in July. We paid 175,000 rubles for 14 days, which is the cheapest hotel in this area, so there is no need to expect anything extra. It is not suitable for families with children, and young people may also find it boring as the hotel is primarily for visitors aged 45 and above. The majority of guests are Russian-speaking, but there are also foreigners. The hotel is located in the city, with a small territory, but it is fairly clean and cozy. We were quickly checked in when we arrived in the evening, and the room was decent with everything in working order. The tour operator was ANEX, which is a separate issue and can be described using strong language. It used to be the best tour operator, but now it seems to be more focused on taking money from tourists rather than providing good service. Now, let's talk about the positive aspects.

avatar

We were on vacation in July 223. Let's start with the positives: The receptionist spoke Russian well and was attentive to all our requests. Her colleague, Chetin, also helped us a lot. I want to especially mention the work of the hammam. Dr. Olzhay restored the mobility of my hand after an injury! My friend also had problems with her hand and back, and the massage therapist, Mustafa, fixed everything. All the staff there are highly skilled professionals! The cleanliness is perfect and the service is very attentive! Now, a brief overview of the hotel: The rooms are decent, the furniture is not worn out, and the cleaning is done well with towels changed every day. There were no bugs, etc. The food is normal for a four-star hotel, not too varied, but there is meat and fish every day, as well as watermelon, melon, apples, and grapes. The beach is quite far and it's unbearable to walk there in the heat, especially considering that there are trash bins and the steps leading to the beach are in a terrible condition. The sun loungers and canopies (there are no individual umbrellas) are in poor condition, old and falling apart. The sun loungers are placed closely together, making it impossible to squeeze between them. The beach is poorly cleaned and the overall impression was not the most pleasant. The staff at the bar and restaurant also disappointed us. We received several rude remarks and were denied drinks at the bar near the reception, among other unpleasant experiences. The drinks themselves were of standard quality for Egypt, and we mostly drank beer.

Arabella Hotel, 4 stars. In reality, it barely deserves two stars. When we first arrived and started checking in at the reception, the admin forgot to give us bracelets. The next morning, we had a hard time finding the beach. No one told us where to go. We were kicked out of one beach. The beach itself is a separate kind of disappointment. Beer costs $4, and only water is free. The sunbeds are packed, so close together that you can count all the freckles and moles on your neighbor while lying down. The chicken bar is weak, there's nothing besides fries, hamburgers, and macaroni. The kitchen is nothing to brag about either - it's like a large family that can't cook. If you come in the middle of lunch, there won't be any plates or seats available. The trays are empty, and there's a queue of two people waiting for the cook to prepare something hot. The same story goes for breakfast - you have to wait in line for scrambled eggs or pancakes. About the bar, they make a special alcoholic drink: vodka whiskey - it's not even a liqueur, it's rubbish. The only decent thing was the beer. Local white wine gives you a terrible hangover. The staff did not rush anywhere and worked reluctantly. When the elevator flooded and a woman fell, they didn't even put up a sign indicating the wet floor. The cleaning lady had to ask for soap and shower gel every day. We paid $3 for the spa, and we were wiped with some unknown disposable cloths. According to the guide, we were supposed to get a seaweed super mask at the spa, but there was none. We had to beg for the included tea. In the end, a 1-year-old boy came and smeared us with regular clay for pennies. It's not clear why the hotel employs children. Animation. This hotel is more suitable for retirees. We didn't expect a mega disco, but there was no entertainment at all, while the neighboring hotel was lively, and we could see how people were having a great time from our window. Only the guide would come around and suggest going to bars for $2 and take a night boat ride in the open sea. The internet was like in a bunker, even the one we bought didn't work in our room. Overall, compared to another 4-star hotel, this one was a complete disappointment! I don't recommend it!

Good day, dear readers of TopHotels! My husband and I stayed at the Arabella Hotel from September 16th to 28th, 223. CHECK-IN: We arrived at the hotel at 11 am, very tired after a night flight. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, not only checking us in early but also taking into account all our room preferences. Thank you to them for that. ROOM: Small, but quiet as we requested. Side view of the sea and road. Everything in the room was small: we measured the size of the bed as 13X2, we didn't even know they could be that small. A minibar with a bottle of water was provided upon check-in, but it was not replenished. The air conditioning worked well, there was a TV and a hairdryer, but we didn't use them. Decent bathroom, towels changed, shampoo provided. Small balcony with two chairs and a table. There was a clothesline. The room was cleaned daily. HOTEL: Consists of two buildings: round and square. The reception was in the square building, the dining room, hammam, and access to the pool were in the round building. Both buildings were connected by a bridge. The hotel grounds are almost non-existent. There is free and weak Wi-Fi in the reception area, and a paid option is offered during check-in, but I don't know about its quality as we didn't opt for it. FOOD: On the positive side, there was food. You won't leave hungry. Breakfast was standard with eggs, porridge, cereals, cheese, and cold cuts. They fried scrambled eggs and pancakes outside. For lunch and dinner, there were two types of soups, chicken, turkey, fish every day. Meat was less frequent. Several types of side dishes: rice, pasta, steamed vegetables, sometimes potatoes. A large variety of fresh vegetables and greens. Various dressings for salads. They were always frying something outside. Now for the downside: most of the food prepared by the chefs was edible but absolutely tasteless. The fish was dry and bony, the chicken was the same, the grilled dishes were either raw or overcooked, and the stewed meat was somewhat decent...only the stewed vegetables were good. I really missed potatoes as I don't like rice and pasta. There were no labels on the dishes. For example, for breakfast, they had five containers of jam and none of them were labeled, but they all looked very similar. The same goes for the salad dressings. I saw people dipping their fingers and licking them to determine which container had olive oil, for example. You will always find a place to sit with a plate for breakfast and lunch, plenty of available seats. For dinner, all the seats fill up within the first 15-20 minutes and then you have to wait for tables to become available or come four to six minutes after dinner starts. The waiters are great, very efficient, quickly setting and clearing tables. I've seen other hotels where waiters reserve tables with drinks and then "sell" them to guests for tips. That doesn't happen here. Reserving a table is an official service that is paid for, and the waiters set and decorate the table with a beautiful tablecloth, flowers, utensils, and glasses. The other tables are covered with a regular tablecloth, and there's a small bowl of disposable salt and pepper, and a napkin holder. You have to grab your own knives and forks, they are located at the salad counter. It was unusual, I kept forgetting to take them and had to go back separately. The desserts were average, just sweet. The fruits were decent, but the selection was small. BEACH: The road to the beach is not so much long as it is inconvenient. You have to cross the highway via an underground passage, then walk along a secondary road by the sea for about five minutes. There is no sidewalk, so you have to walk between parked cars and oncoming traffic. The descent to the beach is a very steep and inconvenient staircase. There is a ramp for strollers only halfway up the stairs. There is an alternative route through the beach of the Antik Hotel which seemed more convenient to us. The Arabella beach is a small area between the "watersport" point and the LION restaurant beach. The beach is sandy with a gradual entry into the sea. The sun loungers are closely spaced under canopies. This crowding was the most uncomfortable aspect. Also, the shower had to be held by hand, otherwise, the water would stop. There is a two-story beach restaurant. On the first floor, you could get tea or coffee. Beer and ice cream were available for a fee. On the second floor, they prepared french fries, burgers, and nuggets at certain times. There were several cats running around the beach, and they would also do their business there. Similarly to the restaurant, I can say that I never saw the beach staff reserve sunbeds. We would come to the beach around 8:30 in the morning and the whole beach would be empty. By 11 am, the available spots would be filled, and you would have to make an effort to find a sunbed. During lunchtime, when it was scorching hot, the beach would become emptier and then fill up again around 4 or 6 pm. The bay itself was magnificent, which made up for some of the inconveniences. Warm sea, clean sand, gentle sunlight were present every day in unlimited quantities. CONCLUSION: The hotel is decent, everything that is advertised is there. I cannot fail to mention the excellent staff. In my review, I have highlighted the important moments for me, and I hope it will be useful to someone.

About everything in order. We read critical reviews and traveled, comforting ourselves that we were going for the sea. BUT! During our entire stay, I can only note 2 downsides. The first: our flight was delayed. We arrived at 12 midnight. Hungry after an exhausting journey. After requesting something to eat, we were refused, even though this day was paid for and they knew about our arrival. You should have something prepared for such cases, after all, it's a 4-star hotel, not 3-star. It's a shame, but exhaustion got the better of us and we fell asleep hungry. The second issue is also related to food. On the day of departure, scared of flight delays and high prices at the airport, we asked for a small container to take a snack from the restaurant on the road (an apple, a bun, cheese), as we didn't have 35 kg of supplies and didn't bring food to our room. We decided to solve everything in a civilized way. BUT, we were refused...even though the day was paid for. So, the hotel wouldn't lose much from a couple of apples, and the guests' mood wouldn't be spoiled. These are all the downsides. Now, about the positives. The hotel is cozy, well-maintained, and cleanliness is paid attention to both in the rooms (daily) and on the premises. We stayed in the new building. The furniture was not worn out, the ceiling and walls were not scratched, the air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator were in working order. Bed linen was changed every 3 days, beach towels were provided daily, and room towels were provided every other day, or daily if requested. Bathroom amenities were provided as they ran out. Now, about the food. If you are expecting marble beef steaks, lobsters, shrimps, sea bass, and bream, I remind you that you booked a 4-star hotel!!! But, there are always 2 types of soups, plenty of fruits, sauces, local appetizers, several types of salads, and vegetables are served raw, grilled, and baked. Meats include turkey, chicken, fish (salmon, mackerel, and another one whose name I don't know, unfortunately) every other day. Side dishes include rice, pasta, bulgur, and vegetables. There is a wide variety of desserts. Plenty of cheeses and salty snacks. Assorted tea and coffee. They try to diversify the menu. At the snack bar, there are fries, burgers, and nuggets. So, the food is good. Turkish night is held once a week. The food selection is expanded, with an emphasis on Turkish cuisine and the restaurant is additionally decorated. Alcohol includes raki, red and white wine, beer, and cocktails. It's all quite normal. The staff is friendly, smiling, and not intrusive, which is important. Animation is not a strong point. But, Azat organizes various games by the pool every day. There is also aqua aerobics. Children's slides are included on schedule. The kids are happy, there are no queues! There were shows in the evening a couple of times (fire show and eastern dances), as well as games and a disco. The location of the hotel is good. We strolled through the streets in the evening, there are plenty of shops and markets, Migros, Bim, etc. AND NOW, FOR WHAT IS WORTH RETURNING FOR!!! Firstly, the BEACH! The entrance to the sea is amazing, smooth, crystal clear, and sandy. The sea is beautiful, gentle, warm, and breathtaking. It's IDEAL for children. There is a water sports station nearby. There are always enough sunbeds, no need to rush and reserve in the morning. There are enough available at any time of the day and night. Some are under shade, some are not. They constantly sweep away the sand and level it. No one SCREAMS (like some people have written here...be human yourselves and there won't be any conflicts) if you turn them over or move them. They may politely ask you to vacate and place them back in their original position, offering for you to take your sunbed again. There is a bar with burgers, fries, and drinks. Alcohol is chargeable on the beach. There is a toilet. It is sometimes in the sand, but that's a question for the guests. Despite having showers and a faucet for washing feet, some people end up with sand-filled pants and legs. AND SECONDLY! This is an amazing massage specialist - Olzhay! My son had problems that we knew about because we visited 2 orthopedists shortly before leaving. So, Olzhay didn't add or subtract anything but voiced the same problems. Because of them, my son's back would hurt and he would have headaches after long walks. After sessions with Olzhay, my son feels amazing. The changes are visible even from the outside. He has golden hands. And Olzhay himself is a very calm, open person. Many thanks to him.

Good day, everyone! I want to start by saying that if you subtract the cost of the flights from the package, it becomes clear that the hotel is budget-friendly and there should be no expectations for lobsters on the menu. The hotel is like a good three-star, and I have nothing against good three-star establishments :)) ▪ᦋThe hotel is located in Avsallar, and the beach in Avsallar is one of the best in Turkey. ▪ᦋIt really takes 1-12 minutes to walk to the sea, and with young children, it takes about 2 minutes. The thing is, the hotel beach is not right in front of the hotel, you need to go to the right for about 4 meters. This is actually a plus, because if the beach was right in front of the hotel, the river would flow into the sea there. It would be a dirty, stagnant, and cold fresh water. We once stayed near a similar river called Dimchai, and the entire hotel had ear infections, so the beach location in Arabella is good. ▪ᦋThe hotel has two buildings, and everything is very inconveniently arranged. The reception is on one floor in the old building, while the toilet, amphitheatre, and snacks are on another floor. The restaurant is in the new building, and the swimming pool is also in the new building. There is a bridge and stairs between the buildings. There are no problems with wheelchair access as the hotel is prepared, and there are ramps everywhere. However, if you don't use a wheelchair but have leg problems, it's better not to choose this hotel. ▪ᦋThe hammam is excellent, it is very cozy, with friendly people and peaceful atmosphere. They will always help you, give advice, and serve you tea. There is also a sauna and an indoor pool. If you want a relaxing massage, you can go to any masseur - they are all good. If you need a therapeutic massage, go to Olga, he is a manual therapist. He helped me and my son a lot. ▪ᦋThe hotel is very noisy, as there is a road nearby, and it's difficult to hear conversations. If you are going to work there, it's hard to find a secluded corner for concentration, apart from your room. ▪ᦋThe cleaning is done every day and it is very good. They constantly changed everything for us: all the towels, all the bedding. ▪ᦋWe stayed in a room on the 5th floor of the new building. The room was very nice, except for the folding bed, but we paid extra for it. ▪ᦋThe animation team is very active and great, and all the bartenders are also great and friendly. ▪ᦋThe food is average. The chefs themselves are excellent, they cook deliciously, and the grilled dishes are very tasty. But in general, they buy the cheapest ingredients. And they have to make something edible out of them. If you roughly estimate the budget that is left for a tourist's meals, it becomes clear that they have no choice but to buy frozen nuggets and heat them up. Even the soup they had was made from powder. You won't stay hungry, but you won't always enjoy the food, so bring some extra money to go to a cafe a couple of times :) ▪ᦋThis month, there was an abnormal heatwave in Turkey, and sadly, the hotel air conditioners couldn't cope. The room only cooled down by the morning, and it was impossible to stay in the lobby. ▪ᦋThe beach is kept very clean, but unfortunately, the showers are turned off from 6 pm to 8 am :( No persuasions with the guard work. It was very hot and many went swimming in the evening. We had to walk 15 minutes to the hotel covered in salt, and rinse the kids off in the foot rinse if it wasn't closed. Generally, we liked everything about the hotel, but I would only go back there for the hammam and massage the second time :)

Overall, the hotel is not bad, as it is not the first time in Turkey and there was no "wow" effect from the hotel, it's just a normal 4-star hotel. We stayed as a family of 2 adults and an 8-year-old child. The journey to the hotel took 2 hours, and we barely made it to dinner, which ends at 9pm. We were checked in right away, and I paid an extra $1 to be assigned a better room (this was optional). The room was nice and spacious with a partial sea view, but they didn't take into account that the windows faced the stage where children and adult entertainments took place, so it was very noisy for us, as well as being located near the elevator. As a result, the next day we asked to be moved to a quieter room, and they did it without any problems, but the new room was not as spacious as the first one. They put us in a new building because I asked for it, where the restaurant is located - a tip: if you don't like noise, choose floors starting from the 4th and higher, as the plates constantly make noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. I paid $1 for the Wi-Fi service for a week, there is free Wi-Fi at the reception, but it rarely works properly, so it's better to buy a proper one right away, it even works on the beach. The food was diverse and tasty, mostly meat and fish dishes, and our child enjoyed all the sweets. Alcohol is a separate topic, it was terribly diluted, only beer was somewhat decent. It's better to buy alcohol from Duty Free. It's better not to buy excursions from the tour guide, as they overcharge. You can buy them outside the hotel for a reasonable price. We went on a pirate yacht excursion. The way to the sea is a bit tiring, especially the way back, which takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The beach is wonderful, nothing more to say. The sea is stunning, warm and clean. Towards the end of the vacation, there were some waves, and my child and I were hit by them, but overall, the sea is calm. The hotel grounds are almost non-existent, there are no playgrounds for children either. There are only some outside the hotel area. There aren't many shops outside the hotel, but we didn't go far to search. There might be some if you look for them. The animation is weak for both adults and children. The children's entertainment is the same every day. There are few places where entertainment takes place, so you have to reserve your spot in advance. We brought dollars as currency, but markets accept rubles as well, at an exchange rate of 1$-1 ruble. In regular supermarkets, you can also pay with rubles, but they have a different exchange rate. It's better to have small ruble bills because they usually don't have change.

The hotel was nice, I recommend it! Advice for vacationers: evaluate it objectively – it's a 4-star hotel on the second line. Read the description and reviews. As the hotel guide Kurban from Anex Tours said, "if you are unhappy with life, you won't like it anywhere." And it's true. But if you have a positive attitude, everything will be great, you can have a wonderful time at Arabella World! We stayed at this hotel from July 23 to August 6 with our family and child. The hotel is located in Avsallar, about a 2-hour drive from Antalya Airport. The hotel's territory is very small and compact – two buildings connected by a bridge, a small green area near the entrance, one pool with 3 slides, a sunbed and bar area. Arabella World is on the second line, which means there is no direct access to the sea, you have to walk a little. When checking in, towels for the beach are provided (you can get the towels in the hammam and exchange them for clean ones there). We were accommodated in the new building, which you can access from the main building (where the reception is) via the bridge. In the same building, there is the restaurant, hammam, access to the pool, several shops, and a hairdresser. The staff at the reception speak and understand Russian. We requested a room that was not facing the sea (because there is a noisy road in front of the sea), so it would be quiet. They partially listened to our request. They gave us a room without a sea view, but the balcony faced the courtyard where the animation activities took place, but it was not a problem when the door was closed. We went to bed at 10 pm (due to the time difference with our city), and the animation ran until 11, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The room was fresh, not tired, with new furniture, and everything in the bathroom worked well. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The room had one double bed and one single bed for the child. There was a TV, mini-fridge, and hairdryer. The safe was available for an extra charge ($2 per day, which we used). Upon arrival, a 1.5-liter bottle of water was provided, and then you can take water from the restaurant in sealed plastic cups. We liked the food, we always found something to eat, including for our 9-year-old child. Yes, it's a 4-star hotel, so don't expect delicacies or a wide variety of meat dishes, but there was always some meat option available and a sufficient selection of other dishes. In the morning, there were always scrambled eggs, omelets, delicious pancakes, buns, sausages, and cheeses. For lunch and dinner, there was rice or bulgur, pasta, chicken, fish, often fried meat, various vegetable dishes, fresh vegetables and herbs, fruits (apples, peaches, plums, grapes, watermelon, melon), and desserts. Drinks included tea, various coffee options from a machine, carbonated drinks, juices, beer, red and white wine. Every Thursday for dinner, there was a Turkish night with more varied dishes, more meat, fruits, baklava, and cakes. Yes, there are some dishes and plates with chips or cracks in the restaurant, but it was not a big deal for us. We never had trouble finding a free table, and if there was a shortage of clean dishes or certain food, the staff quickly replenished them. In the main building, where the evening entertainment takes place, there is a snack bar (burgers, French fries, cookies, drinks), and there is also a bar and coffee machine at the reception. There is billiards and table tennis. There is an area with armchairs and tables. In the second building, there is a modest gym. The pool is small, it's better to occupy sunbeds before breakfast. The depth of the pool is 1.5 m and 1.2 m. There are three slides, which were sufficient for our child. There is a bar by the pool, but ice cream is charged separately. You can buy a lifebuoy, armbands, and other items in a nearby shop. To get to the beach: go left from the hotel, use the underground crossing, cross the road, then turn right on the parallel road until you see the sign "Arabella World Beach." There is no sidewalk, so you have to walk along the road, but the traffic is light, just be a little cautious. The whole route from the hotel to the beach took us 8-10 minutes, and it was not a problem at all. The hotel guests are from Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Bosnia, and possibly other Eastern European countries. There were no conflicts or negative attitudes based on nationality. Everyone peacefully enjoys their vacation, nobody pays attention to each other, they sit together in the restaurant, swim in the same pool, and sunbathe side by side. The atmosphere is absolutely calm and comfortable. Since there is nowhere to walk on the hotel grounds, we walked around Avsallar. If you go to the right from the hotel, after a while, there is a pedestrian path, then a neighborhood with shops and cafes. They understand Russian there and accept any currency. To the left, you can also walk to the above-ground crossing, cross the road again, and there are also shops and cafes. There are pharmacies, and the medicines are similar to those in Russia or equivalent. In conclusion, those who want to find faults can always find them, whether it's a chipped mug, a queue for scrambled eggs, or a 1-minute walk to the beach. With that mindset, it's true that you won't like it anywhere. I recommend this hotel to everyone who can objectively evaluate a 4-star hotel and is prepared for a positive vacation. We had a great time and enjoyed every day.

Hello! I want to share my impression of the hotel. Arabella Hotel is a solid four-star hotel, the territory is small, but everything is compactly arranged. We arrived around 22:00, and we were immediately offered a very nice spacious room in Building A (I had read reviews and requested a room in Building B, but they convinced us otherwise). The room had new furniture, a television, an air conditioner, everything worked, and most importantly, there was an excellent view of the sea from the window. Since our window faced west, the room did not heat up and every evening we enjoyed the magical sunset. The hotel has an excellent hammam. Many thanks to the staff for their attentive attitude: Elle, Arslan, and Yusuf (for the excellent massage). The food was as always top-notch! The beach was excellent - sandy, gently sloping, clean, and with fish. Special thanks to Kurban (the tour guide) for organizing the excursions. We enjoyed everything and did not want to leave.

We stayed at the hotel from June 19th to July 2nd in the year 223 with our family, including two children aged 17 and 11. The hotel lived up to our expectations by 1%. Before this, we had vacationed in Turkey once in Kemer, but the prices for the hotel in Kemer were almost twice as expensive this year. Upon check-in, we requested a room that did not face the road. It took a couple of tries, but we were given a room in the new building with a view of the old building. Special thanks to Aysegu – she could speak Russian well and helped us with many questions during our stay. The room was small, but it suited us perfectly as we only used it for sleeping and changing. The housekeeping was good, no complaints, everything was clean and tidy. I left a tip a couple of times, and they even brought an extra blanket because my wife took the double bed for herself – we had to cover ourselves with a towel (the cleaning lady must have understood the situation!). The food was actually quite good. Yes, there were sometimes queues for scrambled eggs and pancakes in the mornings, but it wasn't critical. However, on Mondays, they had a fish day – in the evening, they served fried trout once, and salmon another time. The beer was excellent! Moreover, it's very rare in any hotel's restaurant to be able to get juice, water, or coffee during meals. Usually, coffee in restaurants is only available during breakfast. It's also worth noting that they pour beer and wine into full glasses, so there's no need to run and stand in line again. And all the drinks were of decent quality. Only the juice was sometimes unclear, and the whiskey could be better, but everything else was fine. Because of this, there were no queues at the bars throughout the hotel. When there's a rush of people in the lobby after dinner, 2-3 waiters start serving – there are no queues. For this, I want to say a special thanks! There is entertainment, but we are not really interested in it. We played water polo and table tennis. For those who enjoy tennis, it's better to bring your own rackets and balls. The hotel's equipment leaves much to be desired. However, the table tennis table was almost always available, although it was a bit stuffy there. We sunbathed and mainly swam in the sea. The sea was clean, but there was some suspended sand near the shore, so there wasn't much to see with a mask. The sea was not far to walk to. We usually found free sun loungers. Another perk from the hotel was that the cleaners regularly swept the sand off the loungers several times a day. Even if a lounger was occupied by a guest, they would still carefully sweep around it! We haven't seen this anywhere on hotel beaches. There are many foreigners at the hotel, and there are no conflicts or arguments. Everyone understands each other and enjoys their vacation! We went to Alanya twice with two families. One time by taxi – $25 to the city center, and the same amount back. The second time by bus – 25 liras per person, which is much cheaper. By the way, there is a funicular to the fortress in Alanya. Taking a taxi with two families turned out to be several times cheaper than taking the funicular up the mountain. Wishing everyone a great vacation.

We rested in early June 223 A.D. What did we like? Nice rooms, excellent beach, sea, and sun. The market, Migros and Waikiki shops, restaurants are not far away. Everything is excellent for the money spent on the tour. Huge thanks to the manual therapist specialist, Oldzhey. A master of his craft. We had heard about his skill before going to this hotel. Do not hesitate to spend money, he simply works wonders. He puts people on their feet. You will feel reborn after he works on your body. Special thanks to the entire team working in the hammam. They are attentive to each person entering. I recommend the hotel.

I had a vacation with my child in June 223. When you haven't been to the seaside for a long time, in my case, it's been 7 years, nothing can ruin this long-awaited rest. The hotel is more like a 3-star than a 4-star. The room cleaning is non-existent. They only changed the towels after a week of stay, and that was only because I asked. The food is delicious and varied, especially the desserts. I can't say anything about the drinks and alcohol because we didn't drink. The entertainment is lacking, especially for children. There were only 3 minutes of evening dancing. The pool is clean and well-maintained, there are almost always available spots. Among the hotel staff, there was a very pleasant and attentive Slavic woman, unfortunately I don't remember her name. She would tell and show everything and try to solve any problem. When I read reviews about the hotel, I often came across good massage therapists and manual therapists. But I wasn't too interested in it. When I talked to other tourists, it turns out that many of them came to this hotel specifically because of that. Well, I thought I should also improve my health. Upon arrival, I went to the hammam, as always I had a great pleasure from the visit. Very sensitive, friendly and unobtrusive, probably the administrator named Arslan. During the vacation, I turned to him several times with questions, he always helped. I had a massage course by the praised Olkay, I used to go to him before, now I fly to him. He comes to Moscow and St. Petersburg once a year, I will definitely recommend him to my friends and acquaintances. And the most positive and unforgettable thing is the sea! Transparent, clean, shallow, perfect for the child. I couldn't get my daughter out of it. The sandy beach was also very pleasing. The only unpleasant thing was the road to the hotel beach. As mentioned in other reviews, you have to walk on the road past garbage bins and the unpleasant smell from them. But it didn't spoil our vacation in any way!

I stayed at this hotel from May 25th to June 4th. The staff was very friendly, and the food was good. The hotel has a pool with a water slide, as well as a HAMMAM, which is not mentioned in the reviews. I really liked it. The employees there are professionals, very welcoming and friendly people. The price is from 3 to 5 USD for the first visit. After that, you can come to the sauna every day for free. The internet in the room sometimes works fine and sometimes disappears (I stayed on the 4th floor) in room 42 above the restaurant. Overall, I recommend the hotel, it offers great value for the price. I would definitely come back if I have the opportunity.

Good day everyone! A few days ago, we returned from this "Fairy Tale" hotel and I want to write a truthful and honest review. Our family, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children, along with 3 other families of the same composition, stayed there. When choosing the hotel, I understood that it was not a luxury or a five-star hotel. However, even having stayed in worse four-star hotels, it was better than this one! Check-in. We arrived after lunch. The manager at the reception was acting strangely, hinting at a bribe, but we pretended not to understand. Our family was accommodated in the new building. The room was average without any frills. The other families (staying for 14 nights) were placed in the old building with veranda-style ceilings and wooden walls resembling a sauna. It seemed like the hotel was fully booked, but it was not the case in reality. The half-empty dining area and empty sunbeds on the hotel grounds and beach spoke for themselves. Eventually, after a week of negotiations and lengthy conversations, we managed to change rooms and were offered various options in the new building. Facilities. There are none. The second building has a small pool with old slides, and that's the entirety of the facilities. Behind the hotel, to the right, there is a market on Wednesdays, where we bought strawberries, watermelons, and cherries at very reasonable prices and had a great time! Food. You won't go hungry. One day at lunch, they served fish that seemed to have gone bad, and the smell was unbearable. Otherwise, it was mostly turkey, chicken, chicken drumsticks, and soy cutlets. Side dishes included spaghetti, rice, and country-style potatoes a couple of times. Soups were served for lunch and dinner every day, but they were all of the same kind. The desserts were all dough soaked in syrup, except for the delicious baklava. The only fruits available were apricots, apples, and sliced oranges. If something ran out, whether it was nectarines, apricots, fish, or grilled kebabs, they would not bring more. Whoever managed to get it first would eat it, but there was never enough. It was an economy option! They also skimped on alcohol. Everything was diluted, except for rakia and beer. The beer was decent, as was the rakia. But everything else, like gin or whiskey, was a joke. I first asked for a mojito. I couldn't understand, was I drinking sprite with mint?))) Then I asked for gin separately, and it tasted like water with 1 degree of alcohol. Staff: The supervising personnel consisted of a manager with glasses and a beard, who was in charge of the dining area, and his young successor, also with a beard and a slicked back hairstyle. It reached the point where they would come and inspect what we were drinking at the lobby bar, making sure we weren't taking their alcohol for ourselves. They shamelessly came over pretending to collect glasses, sniffed them, and even poured a sample in a bottle cap to taste it. So, if you really want to drink decent alcohol, buy it at the duty-free shop, but be prepared for someone to keep an eye on you. The animator, a bald man with a beard from Azerbaijan, was an unpleasant person and unprofessional. He allowed himself to make sarcastic and unpleasant comments about the guests. I personally overheard it and was simply appalled. The evening entertainment for children was repetitive day after day, with songs like "chichiva chichivava" and "soku bachi soku viro" (those who know will understand). The beach. It seemed close, about 7-10 minutes away. However, the stinky road through the neighboring hotel's garbage area was depressing. Arabella Beach itself was the most run-down, starting from the bar and ending with sunbeds and mattresses that were two years old. Overall, Avsallar and the beach area are a paradise. Golden sand and crystal clear sea. You can walk along the promenade, enjoy the views, and reach Arabella's small beach, which is not more than 1 meter wide, and realize that you are in the middle of nowhere. By the way, there are homeless and hungry shaggy Alabai dogs walking around. It can be quite scary since no one drives them away. Quite an experience! I am not a picky traveler, and although we initially had a positive attitude, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends, relatives, or acquaintances for anything!

Arabella World positions itself as a 4-star hotel, which is justified. However, I would give the rooms in the main building (where the reception is located) a 3-star rating. I will try to be as objective as possible and describe everything that is important for choosing. We flew from Yekaterinburg with AK Redwings, operated by Anex, and stayed from June 16th to June 26th. They have one plane flying to Antalya, and in 3 months there were 3 breakdowns. We got caught in a sensor repair, which caused a 6-hour delay and almost took away a whole day from us. TRANSFER AND CHECK-IN. The journey takes about 2 hours, and the hotel was second in line in Avsallar. We arrived around 22:00, feeling exhausted and not resisting fate too much. We were naturally accommodated in the old building, on the 1st floor (technically the 2nd floor), overlooking the animation area, service entrance, and neighboring residential buildings. This room location had its advantages: no noise from the road like in rooms with a sea view; the animation was loud but only went on from around 21:00 to 23:00; the eastern side did not have direct sunlight in the evening. A porter helped with the luggage, showed us everything in the room, received a tip, and was escorted out quickly. ROOM. It was the last one in the corridor, with two windows. The soundproofing was terrible: clear sounds from the adjacent toilet, all conversations could be heard, and someone was moving in and out once at 4 am, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise of transported items. I think this is a common problem in this building. If you want solitude, this is definitely not the place. We took it philosophically, although we were disappointed at first. The room itself was very spacious and had everything necessary, but it was not new. The plumbing was in good condition, hot water was always available, there was a full bathtub instead of a shower cabin. The TV was old - we didn't watch it, and the air conditioner was also tired, but it worked well. The downside was the bed - it was very narrow (about 12 cm according to our feeling) and quite firm (not comfortable for sleeping on the side). Instead of a double blanket, there was a narrow sheet. The soap dispenser didn't have any soap and wouldn't be refilled; they provided one solid soap for the entire period, while shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were provided in small bottles. There were no soap dishes or cups for toothbrushes, so we put them in an empty dispenser. There was a powerful hairdryer and a decent refrigerator. As for dishes, there were two glasses, one of which disappeared after cleaning. There were two mirrors, one full-length. The safe was chargeable and located in a closet - we didn't use it and locked our belongings in a suitcase with a combination lock. The lighting was poor, with only one lamp, and there was no backlight or floor lamps near the mirrors. The curtains were thick. Upon arrival, there was a 1.5 liter bottle of water in the fridge, and then you refill it yourself by taking 2ml cups from the restaurant. INTERNET. We didn't buy it and used the free one. You could only catch it at 6 am from the room or after breakfast in the lobby, but it was only enough for sending messages on messengers, I couldn't upload photos. It was useless to try to get a connection during peak hours. It was enough to stay in touch with family, but the speed was terrible. You could buy a faster connection for $2 per day, and the more days you buy, the cheaper it is. SERVICE. Cleaning was done every day at the same time, towels (that weren't dirty) were changed every two days, and they honestly informed us about it. The floor was cleaned reasonably well, and even the mirrors were wiped. Tips didn't affect the quality. Reception staff had a medium understanding of Russian, but there was a Russian-speaking representative in the hotel named Ella, who patiently explained the hotel's concept to every newcomer and could be approached with any questions. There was also a guide from Anex named Kurban, who was in the hotel all the time and could exchange money, book excursions, or ask for advice. I can't say that the entire restaurant staff was very friendly, but they did their job well and quickly cleared the tables. The beach staff were great, constantly cleaning all public areas. I can't say anything about the animation since we didn't participate, but there were activities during the day at the pool and evening shows (not every day). The majority of guests were Russians, with many Poles, Ukrainians, and some Germans and English. On weekends, many locals come as well. We also visited a local hammam and were satisfied. I had lymphatic drainage massages with Menessa ($25 per session), and I thank her for her professionalism. TERRITORY. The hotel has two buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge over the road. The ramps (on the bridge, in the passage, on the beach) were makeshift and very steep, making it difficult to use them. People carried strollers up and down the stairs. The old building houses the reception and animation area, while the new one has the restaurant on the 1st floor and the pool, hammam, and gym (with two treadmills, a barbell, and a stationary bike). At the pool, you can buy ice cream and fruits. We bought strawberries for $3, but near the hotel, near the entrance to the greenhouses, you can buy them for 4-5 lira per kilogram, and they are very tasty. Also, on the main road towards the center, about 7 minutes away, you can buy fruits and freshly squeezed juice for $1. Ice cream in the center is $1.5, and in the area of the 5-star hotels like Waikiki, it is immediately $2; the prices are higher there. LOCATION. The hotel is located on the second line, behind the road. It takes 1 minute to reach the beach through an underground passage, along a two-way road with constantly parked cars on one side. The road is not the safest, as mentioned multiple times, so you need to look both ways and watch out for children. If you face the sea, the Migros and Waikiki are a 1-minute walk to the left, and the city center is about a 15-minute walk to the right. BEACH. A beautiful sandy beach with a gradual slope, perfect for children. In 7-10 minutes from the hotel beach (to the right, facing the sea), you can reach a rocky peninsula and swim with a mask. We saw several types of fish and an octopus. To the left of the beach, there is a water sports rental. The hotel beach has toilets, changing cabins, and a snack bar (macaroni, french fries, burgers) with drinks (sodas, fruit juice, free coffee machine, paid beer and ice cream). It is clean, as it is constantly cleaned. Beach towels can be changed every day. There were enough sunbeds, but they were in high demand, and if you came late, it was difficult to find one. The hotel's beach area is quite small compared to neighboring restaurants. FOOD. The food is quite diverse and corresponds to a 4-star rating. In the first few days, it was not crowded, and you could easily find popular items (watermelon, apricots, cake, grilled meat, cherry tomatoes) and find a table. But a couple of days later, two groups of five people each arrived, and the "hunger games" began. Some people would pile half a basin of apricots on their plate or divide the entire cake into four pieces. Then you would witness the staff throwing away full plates of scarce grilled meat that someone couldn't try. It's hard to understand such people. We tried to come early and quickly go through all the popular items, taking a little bit of each, but even then, in 1 minute, the cake and apricots would disappear as if they never existed. On the last day, the watermelon was surrounded by people in 3 circles, armed with forks. Children couldn't even get out of there. Despite the long queues and crowds, we managed to get delicious food, as they replenished it frequently. There was a good selection of fresh greens, salads, and cheeses. The fruits included watermelon, apricots, oranges, and apples. The meat options consisted of chicken, beef, meatballs, and two types of fish on the grill, shawarma, and kebabs. There were many delicious desserts, not just syrup-soaked ones. For breakfast, they had standard options like pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelets, muesli, yogurt, but I didn't see porridge. The cappuccino was pretty decent. Taking food out of the restaurant openly was not allowed, but you could take an apple in your bag or pocket. The lack of separation between smokers and non-smokers was a bit annoying, but this is rarely seen in Turkey. The dishes were not perfectly clean, but there was always a good selection. WEATHER. The sea was warmer on the first day, then there was rain at night, and the temperature was around +25 degrees Celsius with big waves and a red flag for two days. After that, the weather gradually stabilized at +32..33 degrees Celsius, and the sea calmed down, but the water became colder. ENTERTAINMENT. Since it was not our first time in Turkey, we did not take any excursions. We went independently to Alanya, took the funicular, walked around, and visited a cave. You can easily leave from the bus stop near the hotel by taking a bus with the corresponding destination names displayed. The fare is 7 lira one way to the end station, and then you can easily navigate using Maps Me. You can return from the same end station. You can also buy excursions on the beach from a person named Gosh. For example, a pirate ship called Big Kral costs $3, while it costs $75 from another person called Anex, even though it is the same excursion. Gosh is known by all beach visitors, as he goes around the beach multiple times a day. On the beach, you can buy strawberries and cherries, as well as corn from roaming merchants. CHECKOUT. Checkout is at 12 PM. There are paid scales for luggage. You can order lunch boxes in advance, which we did, and we completely forgot to pick them up. Overall impression of the hotel? It is good for a budget option. We had a relaxing vacation and got what we came for. The room was the most disappointing, but we didn't spend much time in it. If you have expectations of a European 4-star hotel, it is better not to choose this one. However, the price was clearly lower than the neighboring 5-star hotels.

We liked everything. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, and the pastries were amazing (I have been to Turkey many times and these are the best pastries I've ever had, not made from monkey bread). The cocktails were beautifully presented and tasted like those in any hotel in Turkey. The animation team did a great job, with a packed daytime program and evening entertainment for children, and only disco for adults in the evening. The beach was sandy and the entry into the sea was magnificent, with a beach bar serving non-alcoholic drinks. The cleanliness of the hotel was good and maintained daily. The snack bar was a joy for children, with burgers, nuggets, and fries. There is also a small gym. Have a great vacation, Arabella did a great job. There are local Turkish shops behind the hotel, where everything is cheaper than on the main street where Waikiki is located. There is also a decent playground with slides and exercise equipment behind the hotel. A market comes on Wednesdays. We took a bus to Cleopatra Beach (3 minutes, 25 liras) and went up the tower on a cable car and visited a cave. If you go to the left of the hotel towards the mosque, there are greenhouses with strawberries and good prices.

I have stayed at this hotel for the fourth time. Over the course of several years, I stayed for 12 nights this year, with check-in on September 28 and check-out on October 1. The room was excellent, the food was great, and the staff was fantastic. Especially Aishagul at the reception, she was friendly and positive! The coastline, as always, was the best. The Arabella Beach sector, however, has become much smaller as they have rented out a large part of the beach. But I only left my belongings on a beach chair and swam in the area of Asco Justin in Beach, where there is plenty of space in the water and a gradual entry into the sea. The weather was wonderful, and I had a relaxing time swimming and sunbathing. Overall, it was a successful vacation.

1. The hotel is green with a beautiful terrace for relaxation, and the beach is a 1-minute walk away. The standard room is cleaned daily, but the cleaning is superficial, and the towels are changed every few days. Beach towels were provided. However, the room was very noisy due to the nearby highway. 2. The food selection was good, including fruits and desserts. The meat options included poultry, and lamb was served once a week. There were a couple of instances where missing cheeses or sauces were replaced. After lunch, there were chicken nuggets, french fries, and burgers available at the beach and hotel. 3. The beach was sandy with a lovely entry into the sea. The beach was constantly cleaned, and the sunbeds were placed closely together, but it wasn't critical. It was possible to have drinks and snacks on the beach. 4. Staff - For the first time in 4 years of vacationing in Turkey, I encountered issues with some waiters and bartenders behaving inappropriately. I had to complain to the management, and it turned out to be not the first occurrence. However, the complaints only last for a couple of days. My question is why the hotel management continues to employ such individuals. 5. Program - In the evenings, there were 4 programs for adults from 10 pm onwards, except on Sundays. However, since there were two competition days where nobody attended, it felt like only three days per week had events. Avsallar was a bit boring for me compared to Kemer, to be honest. There was only one alley and a bazaar with cafes behind it. However, there was a bus stop opposite the hotel, and it was possible to go to Alanya, which took about 3 minutes. 6. The weather was beautiful during the day, not too hot. Alanya was indeed the warmest place during this period, but in the evenings, it was still necessary to wear something warmer. 7. On Wednesdays, there is a bazaar with various items, fruits, and vegetables - a culinary delight at affordable prices. 8. After October 15th, a group of disabled people arrives. This year, there were 6 people, and in my opinion, this information should be provided when booking the hotel. I admire the fact that the hotel participates in such charity work, but it was emotionally and mentally challenging for me to see a large number of these individuals during breakfasts/lunches/dinners.

I have no regrets choosing this hotel. It's only 4 meters away from the sea, but it's a direct road. The beach and the descent into the sea are sandy. The beach is clean and there are enough sun loungers (free of charge). The rooms are cleaned daily, the bed linen is changed every 3 days, and the towels are changed every 2 days - these are the hotel's rules. I am satisfied with the food - it's diverse and delicious. Drinking water can be obtained for free from the restaurant or bar at any time. The hotel's guide from Aneks-Tur, his name is Kurban, helps with everything: he will tell you, give advice, and resolve any issues. Special thanks to him! The animation team organizes games in the pool and parties after dinner. The hotel has a spa, hammam, and massages. I had a massage course with Dr. Olcay Temel. He is a manual therapist. Thanks to this doctor, my vacation turned out to be pleasant and beneficial. There is a bus stop near the hotel, and you can reach the center of Alanya in 4 minutes for 25 lira per person. There are shops, cafes, and LC Waikiki within 1 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Check-in. The tour was a gift to myself and my son for his birthday, and we ended up in this "lovely" hotel on the exact day. I asked at the reception for a complimentary room in the new building, but the unhappy bellboy escorted me to the 3rd floor of the old building...well, thanks for nothing, I immediately said that I didn't want to take the room, to which they responded with lively gestures and made me feel like I was insulting their family. Of course, at the reception, they said there were no available rooms in the new building. "Wait until tomorrow," they said, but there were no rooms available on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday...in short, politeness and understanding were not their strong suit. Room. It was horrible. Half-broken, non-functioning refrigerator, a bulky TV with a cathode ray tube, measuring 4x4. Nasty tiles on the floor, everything very worn out and used. The marble bathroom also had seen better days. Food. No questions about the food itself. It was varied and there were fruits, but damn, the dishes were unwashed with food leftovers...only 5-6 plates were actually clean out of the "clean" stack. Tables were not wiped clean, sticky tablecloths. Ashtrays were full. Europeans were constantly smoking on the veranda, so there was smoke and smell everywhere. Between lunch and dinner, they served self-made hamburgers and french fries (quite edible). I didn't drink alcohol, so I can't say anything about that. Beach. The road to it passes by garbage dumps, with no sidewalks and oncoming traffic...it is dangerous and scary to walk there with children...dirty and crowded. On the 2nd floor of the beach, you can also have lunch, there are fruits, the same potatoes, vegetables, nuggets, juices, water. The shoreline is cleaned, the sand is magical, even like sand in an hourglass. There are no shards or cigarette butts in it, so I buried my son in it without fear. The sea itself, both the entry and the water, is perfect for children. There is a rental of jet skis and boats near the beach. There is evening entertainment, but it's really not for everyone, even there were traveling shows, and, of course, the classics: lottery, Mr. and Mrs. hotel. But there is not enough space for everyone on the stage, tables are occupied, and in the end, you stand along the wall. There is a disco for children, a foam party once a week, a supposedly children's club, but in fact, it's just a room where you can leave your child for an hour or two, they are not entertained there, they are left to their own devices. There is also a pool table, table tennis, and arcade machines downstairs, but it's just for show. Nothing works, everything is broken, even the balls have dents that can't be fixed. A small piece of advice: when leaving at night, ask them to prepare a dry meal for the road in advance. Water, a bun with something resembling sausage after a long road to the airport and a 2-hour wait for the flight registration seem tasty. If not for me, at least my child can have something to eat. In conclusion, a 7-day tour in August for an adult and a 6-year-old child cost 13,000. There was no enjoyment from the stay. Dirt everywhere, except for the sand on the beach. Everything is very old and tired. Food was average. Service and entertainment were below average.

avatar

The journey from the airport took 2.5 hours. We were immediately checked in and got a room with a sea view, which was lucky. It was on the 4th floor and everything was working fine - air conditioning, hairdryer, and water. We didn't use the safe in the room, it cost $1.5 per day, and nothing went missing. The room was cleaned every day, but the bed linen wasn't changed, only the towels. The food was monotonous, but you won't go hungry as there was a lot of people at dinner. The sea and the beach were beautiful, and there were always enough sunbeds. Beer and ice cream were not included on the beach and had to be paid for. People would reserve the sunbeds by the pool with slides in the morning, and it was mostly Germans, Poles, and a few Russians. Overall, it was a decent hotel, a solid 4.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time with my girlfriend. The hotel itself was very impressive. The food was five-star quality. Everything was diverse. We especially enjoyed the daily availability of fish and fresh vegetables. The pastries were excellent. The organization of the Turkish night was top-notch. By a great coincidence, we got in touch with the magical osteopath doctor Olcay Temel. After a series of massage sessions, I feel like I'm flying ;)) No need to skydive 🪂. My back will be grateful to this doctor for a long time. Our next vacation will definitely be connected to Olcay Temel's location!!! I love Turkey 🇹🇷.

We stayed with our family at this hotel at the end of July. We liked everything very much. The room was cozy and clean. They cleaned and changed the bedding and towels in a timely manner. The staff was friendly. The food was also delicious. They cooked a lot and it was tasty. In the second building, we visited the spa and hammam. Everyone was delighted with the procedures. I especially want to thank the doctor named Oldzhey. I had joint problems and he examined me, told me about my issues, and I scheduled a massage with him. After the first visit, I could already see results - I could raise my arm without pain and walk without pain in my right leg. I want to express my gratitude to Oldzhey. He is very attentive to clients and gives recommendations. He also gave me ointment to treat my leg and shoulders at home. I wish the hotel prosperity and more good tourists!

This hotel was chosen by our parents so that we could meet with part of our family who lives in another country on neutral territory in Turkey. Honestly, it's not a great hotel at all, just a decent one. The food is scarce and the hotel itself is quite tired. But that's not what I wanted to talk about. The thing is, this hotel participates in some social program and they bring groups of men from a psycho-neurological dispensary here at the end of the season. It's a large group of people with Down syndrome, imbecility, and mental disabilities. They don't look good and their behavior is even worse. Yesterday, one of them exposed himself and started masturbating in a public restroom, scaring off the other guests. The lobby feels like a hospital ward, you know how unhealthy people behave: they scream indecipherably, belch, play like children, fight, and leave piles of trash behind... all the privileges of these syndromes. It's extremely difficult to pass by, shout over, or be near them. It feels like a hospital ward! We paid so much money and we're just horrified!

avatar

We stayed at the hotel from October 7th to October 2nd, 222. We liked everything: fantastic beach, lucky with the weather, a great four-star hotel. In 13 days, we changed the bed linen three times, which is quite unusual. The food was good, especially lunch and dinner. For breakfast, we usually had fried and boiled eggs, cheese, olives, salads, herbs, olive oil, and honey. The pastries in the bars were fresh and delicious. They serve anything you want in the bars, and we had whiskey. The sound insulation in the rooms was good; we couldn't hear the neighbors, which is a big plus for the hotel. We highly recommend the hotel, we are satisfied! Thanks to the hotel administration for the excellent vacation!

We stayed at this hotel from October 6th to 13th with my husband. The road from the airport takes about 2 hours. I arrived at 11 am and checked in at 12 pm in building A on the 2nd floor. The room is simple, nothing special, but we came for the beach anyway. The only thing we lacked was a larger trash bin and a brush holder. The food was repetitive, but everything was delicious, albeit a little salty. The alcohol wasn't great, the wine didn't taste good, but the beer was decent, and you could enjoy some SanRays tequila. We bought bottled beer at the market, it was very tasty. When we were there, almost 8% of the tourists were elderly people, there were no couples, and there were many Germans. There was no entertainment, it was boring. We walked to the local bazaars every day. They were lively, and the music was amazing. There is a store called Waikiki nearby, as well as markets and Migros, which is very convenient. We also went to the Fulla store in Alanya, where the prices were cheaper than at Waikiki and there was a wider selection. We liked our separate guide, Kurban. Everything was as described, so he gets a plus from us. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. It's not very pleasant near the trash bin, but the beach and the sea entrance are fantastic, especially for children. Avsalar is great, we enjoyed it. We would come back here again.

I spent my vacation with a colleague for 1 day at the beginning of August. We traveled from the airport for about 2.5 hours with stops at other hotels and a break for the driver. We were quickly checked in since we arrived almost at midnight. The room was on the 6th floor with a balcony and a beautiful view of the city of Avsallar. The room had a functioning air conditioner, television, safe, refrigerator with a bottle of water, a shower with good water pressure, and provided amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper that were always replenished. The daily cleaning service was also good. I would like to mention the work of the chefs and restaurant staff. The staff was friendly and well-groomed, and the chefs worked in special attire with headgear and gloves. The food was very delicious (European cuisine) and deserves a 5+, especially the desserts and watermelons. In the snack bar (in the hotel and on the beach), there was always a choice of food and fruits. The downside was that beer was not free on the beach! The hotel also had a Turkish bath (hammam), and if you have back problems, I recommend getting a course of massages from the doctor. The free internet was weak, but sometimes it worked fine. There are restaurants and shops like Migros and Waikiki near the hotel. On Wednesdays, a large market comes (you need to bargain!). Payment can be made with both cash and Mir card. The beach was excellent with sandy and gently sloping entrance into the sea. Sunbeds and towels were provided for free (even though it was stated that beach towels were not provided, you just need to ask!). It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach at a leisurely pace, though the road goes through a busy street. The big downside was that there was almost no entertainment! In the evenings, it was mostly karaoke and occasionally someone came to perform (twice during our stay). During the day, there was not much to do by the pool either. The hotel matched the advertised star rating. Overall, it was a good vacation. I would consider coming back again.

avatar

Me and my friend had a vacation from September 11th to September 22nd. It was the best vacation we've had in the last 4 years. The hotel was excellent, with top-notch service. The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the food was exceptional. Everything we tried was delicious. The staff was very friendly and always responded to our requests. I would give 1 point out of 1 to our guide Ame tour Kurbana, he was always helpful, attentive, and irreplaceable in this hotel. It's the first time I've experienced such service in a 4-star hotel. It's rare to find such service in a five-star hotel. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending everyone to only stay at the best places.

We stayed at the hotel from June 7th to June 14th. We arrived at the hotel late and were worried that we wouldn't be able to have dinner, as we had spent the whole day on the road. However, the receptionist immediately sent us to dinner, even though it was already late. While we were having dinner, he completed our check-in process, and we were given our room key. A staff member helped us carry our suitcases to the room. The room was very basic, with a bed, chair, mirror, and table. There was a wardrobe at the entrance. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities. In addition to the room, there was a package, a sewing kit, matches, and a hotel logo pencil. We didn't turn on the TV. The air conditioning was very powerful, so we had to move the bed against the wall to avoid the draft. The towels were changed, and the room was cleaned. The food was more than excellent, with plenty of vegetables, meat, and fish. There were also many desserts. The bar served very good cocktails. My husband preferred whiskey and cola, while I had mojitos and Baileys. I tried white wine, but it wasn't great. The beach was a bit far, and it wasn't very pleasant to walk under the heat, but it was necessary, especially with such food. The beach was beautiful, with clean sand and sea. We really enjoyed it. The last time we were in Turkey was in 2015, and we were shocked by the hotel and the beach, as well as the constant begging and extortion for tips. That trip completely discouraged us from visiting the country again. This time, however, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was polite. We thought that surely something would go wrong, but we didn't find any negatives during our stay. The hotel's grounds were small, but cozy and well-maintained. You didn't need to leave the hotel, as it had a pool, restaurant, water slides, shops, and a gym. The entertainment was a bit weak, but we had a great time at karaoke (with the help of cocktails!). Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel! It was nothing extraordinary, but it was perfect for a relaxing vacation. It wasn't noisy. We went on some excursions. It was a peaceful and normal vacation, with the sea and sun - everything turned out great!

Room: The child's bed air conditioner caught a cold immediately, there is no remote control instruction. There is only one bucket in the toilet. There are no glasses, cannot put a toothbrush. Safe costs 1.5 euros per day. Only one room key for three people. No soundproofing. Hotel: No territory at all. No free internet, expensive paid internet. No air conditioners, or rather they are there but turned off for cost-saving, it's very stuffy. Not a beachfront property!!! It is about 5 meters away from the beach, along a dangerous and terrible road and up a steep staircase. Poor quality food, the child only ate pasta, there was no meat, chicken, or cutlets at all. Water slides are constantly turned off, the child cannot ride them. Table tennis does not work - no paddles. They save on everything for the tourists. Did not receive a packed lunch upon check-in and check-out. Beach: Far away, need to climb stairs in the heat, sunbeds are close together, people smoke, there is a smell of engines, fuel stains, mattresses are old and dirty. Beer on the beach is inexplicably charged - 3 euros.

The road from the airport takes 2.5 hours, we were checked in immediately because we arrived at 15.3. We had booked a standard double room, but we were given a triple room with a sea view, lucky us. It was on the 4th floor and everything was working, including the air conditioner, hairdryer, and water. Everything was good. The safe in the room cost 1.5 dollars per day, but we didn't use it and nothing went missing. The room was cleaned every day, the bedding was not changed, but the towels were. The food was monotonous, but you won't go hungry. There were a lot of people for dinner, but we went at 2 and it was fine, as everyone had spread out by then. The sea and the beach were beautiful, and there were always enough sun loungers. Beer and ice cream were not included on the beach, so you had to pay for them. At the pool with slides, the sun loungers were taken from the morning, and there were mostly Germans and Poles, with few Russians. The hotel was quite normal, a solid 4. The only downside was the road to the beach along the highway and the lack of shops and only one pharmacy nearby.

avatar

Two adults and two children were on vacation. We arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning and were immediately checked in. The view from the room is beautiful, but they placed a folding bed for the child right at the entrance, so we had to rearrange it right away. The food is monotonous, and to get to the sea, you have to walk almost along a road where cars speed by. The massage at the spa was terrible, my body ended up with bruises from such a massage (even though they praised this "doctor" to us). At the beach bar, only cola and beer are available for money, and the man in charge there is not rational - he only flirts with women and fears men. He complains if the sun loungers are not properly set up, he complains if you lie on them for too long, and he wants everything cleared up by 6 o'clock. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

avatar

This is the best 4-star hotel on the Antalya coast! (From those that I have been to)! Believe me, I have something to compare it to! Excellent staff, daily room cleaning, new sheets and towels, delicious and diverse food, decent entertainment! The bar offers a variety of drinks, including Baileys, gin, whiskey, and wine. Unlimited water, river trout every day, and lots of different sweets. One great advantage is the CLEAN beach! There is also a beach bar with coffee, water, and non-alcoholic drinks! I definitely recommend it!

I rested in June 222, already for the second time in this hotel, cozy, modest, but tasteful, I recommend. The hotel has a very good manual therapist, Olei Temel, a professional in his field, I am delighted with his massage. I recommend to everyone!

Good afternoon. We were on vacation from July 6th, 222 to July 15th, 222. We had a flight from Omsk on Turkish Airlines, departure at 3:45. We arrived in Antalya at 6:25. We went through all the check-ins and quickly got our luggage. We were met at the Anex counter, boarded a bus, and left. Our hotel was the second on the list. We filled out the documents, put on bracelets, and went for breakfast. Breakfast is available from 7:30 to 11:30. Check-in according to the rules is at 2:00. We spent all this time in the lobby. We were checked in at 1:30 in the new building, room 116. We went for lunch. Unpacked our suitcases and headed straight to the beach. The sea is clean, the beach has fine sand. The water is warm. The rooms were cleaned every day without us having to request it. There were shower gels and shampoo provided, but I always bring my own. The room was a standard room with a balcony. We didn't purchase internet access. I managed to catch the Wi-Fi signal from the neighboring hotel for free, and it worked well. The animation program included discos for children, but it was boring for adults. Some people got drunk and fought, while others went shopping. Food was plentiful. The standard is for four people. There is a kids' club. The biggest drawback is that the sun loungers are claimed overnight. People leave their belongings, towels, and water guns. I simply moved them and laid down. Respect your time and the time of others. No one approached us for any confrontations. The attitude towards Russians is normal. The staff is friendly, especially the guys at the lobby and in the restaurant. The bartender at the restaurant was rude and annoying. I put him in his place, and he immediately shut his mouth. We came here to relax and don't need anyone spoiling our mood. There is a water sports facility near the hotel's beach. You can ride a banana boat for $1 or go parasailing for $75-95, the payment is in dollars or Russian rubles at an exchange rate of 65. We took a tour to Alanya for $18 (2 adults and 1 child).

When choosing this hotel, buy rooms in Building B. This is because everyone who stayed in Building A complains that the air conditioning doesn't work, the fridge heats up instead of cooling, the televisions are old (not flat screen) and also don't work, and the rooms and balconies are small. In general, residents of the first building constantly complain to the reception staff, but as I understood it, without any result. We were lucky, we stayed in Building B. The room was not bad, clean, with a large balcony, a flat screen TV (showing 2 Russian channels), but no USB port. The air conditioning and fridge worked properly. If the balcony door is open, the air conditioning turns off, you need to close the balcony and turn on the air conditioning again. The service in Building B was good: 1) Daily cleaning, everything is clean and no complaints, 2) There was a power outage in our room, it turned out to be due to a faulty bulb in the bathroom, after a call to reception, an electrician came to fix it in 3 minutes, 3) The balcony handle was broken when we checked in, but it still worked, we didn't complain and the next morning it was replaced without us even asking. Regarding the territory: it is beautiful and well maintained, but not convenient. Food: we didn't go hungry, but in terms of food, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The juices from the machines are sometimes just water, very diluted. It's better to drink Coke, Sprite, and Fanta, but they are poured by the bartender. About the internet: free Wi-Fi is only available in Building A in the lobby, it's very slow, but you can post that you arrived. Wi-Fi can also be connected in the room, but it is a paid service - 2 euros per day and up to 12 euros per day for one device. The safe in the room costs 2 euros per day. As for the hammam, it's not bad, but there are better ones. It doesn't have a steam sauna. The owner of the hammam in the first few days pesters fair-skinned newcomers, luring them into the hammam, and then doesn't even say hello and turns away. The same goes for the person who helps carry luggage to the room - at first polite and helpful, but then stops greeting and turns away. There are no complaints about the other hotel staff, they all do their job efficiently, they are polite and helpful. The pool: we spent only a few days in the pool, it was good, but what we didn't like was that the German vacationers stood in groups of five people in it, one person constantly brought them beer and cocktails one after another, and during the three hours of observation not a single one of them went to the toilet. Apparently, they do everything in the pool. The majority of vacationers are Germans, there are also Turks, Poles, Czechs, Indians, Italians, Bulgarians, but there are very few Russians. From observations, all the Germans relax in the pool, while the Russians, Czechs, and Poles are mainly on the beach, so the pool is crowded, but the beach is spacious. The beach is PERFECT. There is sand, no tiles or stones. It is a 7-minute walk away, you can walk along the road, but we went down to the beach of the Antique Hotel and walked to our beach along the shore. Our beach is adjacent to hotels such as Rubi, Aska Just In Beach, Lonicera. The beach is simply perfect, umbrellas and sunbeds are free, non-alcoholic drinks are free. Beer and ice cream are chargeable. Animation: there is almost none, our animators came to life two days before our departure. There is a market and a WAIKIKI store near the hotel towards Lonicera. There is also a market towards the mosque, but it only operates on Wednesdays. We bought clothes at WAIKIKI and a lot of other things, paid with the Tinkoff MIR card, there were no problems and the commission was less than 1 ruble per 8 rubles. Nearby WAIKIKI, there are many ATMs, but we didn't use them because we bought everything we needed with non-cash payment. Conclusion: the hotel is not bad, but personally, I only want to go back there because of the beach and the crystal-clear sea, as well as the market. All the residents of Building A unanimously said that they would never return to this hotel and would advise others to avoid it.

I recently returned from Arabella. I won't write about the size of the hotel and the number of pools, as that is visible in the photos. I will focus on what's important. The hotel is located in a luxurious place, and my goal was to visit this beach specifically. The sand is fine, the entry is long and gradual, there are no stormy waves, and the water is pure and transparent! It took us 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, but we found a simpler and more pleasant route. Right after the Justine hotel, there is a descent (a kebab cafe), and the passage is free. We walked straight to the edge of the sea and along the wet sand to Arabella Beach. The hotel is mostly occupied by foreign guests, so for those who want to improve their English or German, welcome to Arabella! The staff and entertainment are very friendly. I want to give a special shoutout to the animator Yanochka, she is a hardworking girl! The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The food is excellent, I have something to compare it to, it's no worse than a 5-star hotel. I recommend it for budget travel (especially considering the prices this year)! I would definitely return to this hotel again!

avatar

I liked everything at the hotel. The room cleaning was good, everything was clean. The food was not fancy, but everything was tasty and homemade. The desserts were very delicious. There were always plenty of available sun loungers near the pool. The only downside for me was the weak internet in the lobby (it was enough only for messaging on WhatsApp). But overall, I came for a vacation, not to look for negatives. The sea was amazing, the coast had sandy beaches without pebbles! That was important to me. The beach was clean, and the sea was transparent.

avatar

The hotel is a solid 4. The room is clean and everything is in working order. It is cleaned daily. The food has little variety, with only apples, pears, and oranges as fruit options. On our last day, plums, watermelons, and melons appeared. The beach is nice and the entrance is gradual, with sandy shores. There were always available beach loungers. The path to the beach was somewhat inconvenient as you have to walk along the road. There were children's discos every day, but my child didn't enjoy them. There is almost no entertainment at the hotel. Shows only come once every three days, and on the other days, there are amateur artistic performances. The hotel is popular among Turks, Europeans, and there are also Russians. Everyone has a positive attitude, including the staff. There are BIM, WAIKIKI, Migros, and bazaars nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

avatar

My husband and I vacationed in August 222, immediately after checking in we were assigned a room. The staff was polite, but we were immediately put in an awkward situation when the receptionist offered to escort us to our room and then demanded money afterwards. We hadn't had a chance to exchange currency, so we didn't give any, which seemed to visibly upset him, to say the least, and instantly spoiled the mood. However, overall we really liked the hotel. The food was superb, everything fresh. We didn't spend much time in the room, only slept there. There were shops and a market within walking distance. The beach was very enjoyable, with sandy shores and clean water. In 223, we booked a vacation at the same hotel, partly because of the beach, and we hope to have a great time.

I visited Arabella for the second time. The first time was in 211. It remained just as hospitable and cozy! The first time I stayed in the new building. This year I stayed in the main building, where the reception is. Room 39 is magnificent. It's a corner room with a balcony and a huge window on the side. The balcony is huge and has a view of the sea and Arabella's new building. I was happy with everything, except for the entertainment. I went to it a couple of times and forgot about it! But I didn't really need it anyway. The food was excellent, personally for me! Although there were dissatisfied tourists who would fill up their plates and then have nothing to eat. The hotel is very clean and cozy! I only ate and slept in the hotel. The rest of the time I enjoyed the beautiful beach area that stretches for almost 3 kilometers. And if you're not lazy, you can walk the entire length, which is almost 1 kilometer. I almost reached Incekum Beach along the beach (to the left)... I can recommend this hotel for tourists who appreciate excellent access to the sea, the cleanest, beautiful sandy beach, and the opportunity to enjoy the coastline instead of lying on a sunbed like a seal... Discovering beautiful Turkey in all its glory... To the right of the hotel is Vaykia, about 1-15 minutes away. To the left is Avsalar. Across from Granada Hotel is an exchange office. Just go straight ahead, don't turn anywhere, and exchange rubles for lira. I recommend this hotel as a budget option, especially for the beach on the beautiful Fugla Peninsula... Nearby hotels include May Home Resort 5, Antik Boutique 4, Aska Jas Inn Beach 5, Ruby Hotel 5, Yalihan Uno 4, Yalihan Aspendos 3, Armas Green Fugla Beach 4, Lonisera 5, and Gold Island 5. The beach at all the hotels is great... you can walk on all the beaches... It's your choice... the price of the vacation... And yes, with small children and a stroller, the access to Arabella's beach is not convenient. But you can reach the beach by three different routes... but again, it's convenient for adults... This is probably the only downside of the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend in October 222. I really liked the hotel's beach, it is absolutely clean and located close to the hotel with a snack bar. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, consisting of two buildings - A and B. The staff is friendly and ready to help. We were placed in Building B, which is newer. We were given a room with a sea view (but had to pay an additional 2 euros). The room is spacious and has access to a large balcony where you can hang your swimwear to dry. The air conditioning in the room worked consistently. The Wi-Fi is weak and only available for a fee in the rooms, but it is suitable for sending photos and messages. We are indifferent to the entertainment, but there were various shows and performances organized by the hotel every evening, so you can attend them once or twice. The food selection is not very diverse, but everything is fresh. Unfortunately, sometimes we had to wait in line for grilled dishes or the coffee machine. While staying at the hotel, we used the SPA services (massage + peeling + foam massage in the hammam), and overall, we were satisfied with the service, although there was a feeling that they cut corners a bit with the foam massage. The hotel also offers souvenirs and swimwear for purchase, but if you wanted to buy something else, you had to walk about 15-20 minutes to the nearest shops (in both directions from the hotel). I can recommend this hotel to tourists who want to make the most of their time on the gorgeous beach near the hotel, swimming in the cleanest sea.

We stayed in July-August for 221 nights. We checked in at 1.3, got our room after half an hour, and paid 2 Euros for that, which we were aware of and prepared for. The room was a duplex, nice and everything was working. The balcony had a magnificent view. The food at the cafeteria was typical for Turkey, but there was always a shortage of seating. Sometimes we had to wait 2-3 minutes for a table, but the queues were small. The path to the beach wasn't too bad, you walk along other hotels and garbage cans in a line. There were always available spots on the beach. The first two weeks the sea was calm, but then for two weeks there were strong waves, especially 3 meters to the left towards Lonisera and 3 meters to the right towards Rubi, the sea was as calm as a mirror, a strange phenomenon. The entertainment was average, there wasn't much of it. There was a mini disco and weak shows. The Russian girl Katya always had a proud and independent look, while the animator Ali seemed to have been in some local fights as he walked around with bruises under his eyes. In general, you can have a nice vacation once, especially if it's your first time, but not more. This is our 15th hotel in Turkey, so we weren't too excited, but it was still good. Some mothers who leave their children alone in the evening and go to a disco in Alanya were shocking. Yes, there were such people. Even more shocking were the girls with the same face regardless of age and weight - bushy eyelashes and lips, just like Donald Duck. They all looked like they had the same mother. I met very interesting people at the hotel, which was definitely a big plus (not of the hotel!). In general, I recommend the hotel for those who are on a limited budget, but if you have the opportunity, it's better to go to, for example, Lonisera, Rubi, Selena, Gold Island, and other hotels in Avsalar.

The hotel was chosen "from what was available" because in late March we booked a trip to Abkhazia with ANEX Tour, but in June it was canceled due to the suspension of flight programs by Azur, without offering an alternative. As a result, we had to pay more than double the original amount. The hotel is decent, with a small territory, it has its pros and cons. We arrived at 11:30 and were almost immediately checked in, without any additional payments, to the old building, a room on the second floor with a view of the sea and the road. The room was a bit "tired", but we were prepared for the worst, having read the reviews on websites. There are many Turks and Germans in the hotel, the atmosphere is friendly. The food is good, we didn't go hungry. The restaurant often has dirty plates and poorly washed fruits. We didn't drink alcoholic beverages, so we can't say anything about them. The hotel has a great beach, but it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to it straight through the road, sometimes the traffic there can be quite active, and it's unpleasant to walk past garbage bins. There are enough sunbeds on the beach, beach workers closely monitor order, no one can take a sunbed without a bracelet, they immediately cause a scandal. They also do not allow moving sunbeds. During the day, you can have a snack on the beach: flatbreads, fruits, burgers. Beach towels are provided for free at the hammam. We hardly used the pool. We used the services of the hammam and liked it. We used the free Wi-Fi, it was enough to send messages and photos, even early in the morning from the balcony on the second floor of the old building. The cleaning service was very average, they didn't mop the floor in the last 3 days, and it's not only in our room, I talked to other guests, and their situation was the same. I recommend not leaving money in the room without a safe. There are shops, markets, and pharmacies nearby (the prices in the pharmacy near the Lonisera hotel are twice as high as at the market opposite the Granada hotels, so you need to be careful, they deceive). We wish the hotel prosperity and development, may it always have warmth, cleanliness, and coziness! And to the hotel guests - have a wonderful vacation, positive emotions, good health, and a successful return home!

My wife and I checked in during the hotel's opening on April 24, 2222 and stayed there until May 14, 2222. We liked the hotel. The service, food, room cleaning, and service were all top-notch. Meals were ALL-INCLUSIVE. There was a huge selection. They have their own indoor pool and a sandy beach with loungers on the Mediterranean Sea. During the day, you can engage in sports and relaxation. In the evening, there are entertainment activities/animation. The managers/animators do not let you get bored. Yana and Nikolay are masters of their craft. Many thanks to them. The main Reception Manager is a very friendly and responsive person. He always answers your questions and helps. He speaks several languages. No problems. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit this hotel again, possibly this year.
